My furnace was not working and I had a different company out to repair it, they were late and that night my furnace went out again. Received a recommendation for Comprehensive Maintenance Solutions who came out when he said he would and found the problem instantly. Not only that told me he would come out that night if it went out again. It is working fine and he even called back to ensure my furnace was working. Very professional. Great skills and the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. Would recommend always. Great company and vet owned as well.

If we could give this company negative stars, we would. This company is worse than a blood sucking Lawyers! (They will charge you $300 for a couple of texts messages sent to a service tech asking a simple question, when this tech only responded with call the office for assistance, no trouble shooting response. CMS sees this as justifiable charges, but when you ask what they charge for texts to their Techs they can not tell what their billing charge is for texts because they do not have a billing code charge for texts.
It was just a reason to rack on $300 to our bill for no reason) THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE! THE CUSTOMER IS NEVER RIGHT WITH THIS COMPANY PERIOD! CMS IS ALWAYS RIGHT AND ABSOLUTELY NEVER WRONG! IF YOU ARE UNHAPPY WITH ANYTHING AT ALL WITH THEM, WORK, PRICING, ETC. THEY WILL JUST CONTINUE TO TRY JUSTIFY THAT THEIR TECH FIXED THE PROBLEM AT HAND, AND DID NOT CAUSE FURTHER PROBLEMS, EVEN THOUGH THERE IS MORE PROBLEMS SINCE THEIR TECH LEFT YOUR PROPERTY, OR THE PROBLEM IS HAPPENING AGAIN, AND CMS WILL JUSTY THEIR UN-JUSTIFIABLE CHARGES AND OUTRAGES BILLING!
There is no transparency in cost for any services provided, they charge whatever they see fit after you have ALREADY signed a service invoice with no pricing. If they do any services at your property, you better expect you will have them out there again and again, because they never really fix the problem at hand or will cause another problem while there hoping they will be called out again again to keep charging you and charging outrages prices that change as they see fit, when they see fit. CMS are gougers and liars!
There are Multiple other Companies out there who actually care about their customers, and will do anything to keep their customers happy, to keep their customers coming back with out doing shady work. I implore you to go some where else.
