No one is ever happy to hear the news that they might need a new air conditioner unit, but working with Isaac at Swan Heating & Air Conditioning took the sting out of that decision. He came out quickly when our a/c went out and laid out all of the repair or replace options for us. His goal was not to oversell but to give us the knowledge and freedom to make the right choice for our home and budget. Our new unit has not even been installed yet, and we are already over the moon with our experience.

Swan has always been on time and reliable. They always give options and explain things well if we need repairs/replacements for any of our furnace an central air units. Curran is a friendly and professional technician and we're always happy with his service visits and any recommendations given. Swan installed a new furnace at my home in November of 2021. The installer's drilled holes for the new air intake tubes and didn't move or cover anything below where they drilled so it was covered in saw dust and wood shavings. They didn't bother to clean it up either. A very unprofessional mess was left behind. A few months later I find my furnace is leaking water.

They sent out a different tech to take a look. The inside was covered in "surface rust" from standing water because they forgot to tighten a seal on some tubing during the install. The tech tightened the seal and said it should stop leaking and rusting. So they left me with a brand new rusted furnace. That same week I scheduled an AC tune. The day before the appointment I called because the temperature was not going to be very warm but the woman assured me it would be fine.

They called and canceled a few hours before the appointment because the tech called in sick and now they can't get me on the schedule for another month. Would never recommend this company.

Great customer service. Peter is a great communicator and pretty much all of their techs have gone above and beyond. Swan installed my AC unit and recently installed an in house humidifier. Everything is reasonably priced and seems to be working well! Service: Install AC

Thank you Zach for removing a 20 year old furnace and installing a brand new high efficiency furnace and AC. Zach is very knowledgeable, hardworking and friendly. We had several interactions where he explained what was happening and offering several helpful aids. Zach was very respectful at our home. He cleaned up after the job and wished us well. Dan did an awesome job, I was not home for the installation but had question after he left. So I reached out and in about 45 minutes they responded and called me to go over all the specifics. Very respectful and helpful to ensure I knew exactly how and why they did used the designs they did. Could not have asked for a better technician.

Consistently the best, easiest to work with company that my husband and I have hired for home services. Very professional, responsive, helpful and informative every time they have come to our house in Longmont for heating/AC diagnostic, installation and repair. Swan Air Conditioning and Heating was awesome definitely a 5 star company. Andy the technician was very prompt, professional and courteous. Nnocked out a job that was pretty nasty. Got my heating unit cleaned and AC running great. Now I breathe easier knowing that the air I quality is better. Also a shout out to Drew and customer service. They also did a great job. I would definitely would recommend "SWAN" to anybody.

I called Swan Plumbing Heating and Air in a panic and they had a service technician here immediately. Did I mention it was Sunday?? Phil showed up and he was professional and polite and assessed the problem and went straight to work. Thank goodness it was nothing major! I would recommend their company to anyone! Drew and his crew are top notch. You won't find better install, quality or customer care from the other guys. Hope you get to work with them to see for yourself. We did endless research and had bids from all the others. Swan went above and beyond to secure the job which was completed the next day. All around impressive.

My furnace was reporting a error and wasn't kicking into high heating mode. Called Swan Heating and Air and they sent Rob Q. out to diagnosis it. Rob was professional and very friendly and quickly determined and fixed the problem with my furnace. I will certainly call him again next time I have any heating or cooling issues!

They did a great job giving me options when my furnace needed repaired. Once I decided to replace it, they were able to have New one installed the next day. All of their people were very polite and did a great job.

I've been very happy with Swan. They have been out for some service issues, I had them do a duct cleaning and they installed a new furnace/AC system. I've dealt with several of the service guys and they all have been great. There was a big glitch with my furnace/AC rebate but it got resolved and all else with Swan has been great !...i definitely highly recommend them.

My initial experience with Mary and Phillip was excellent. The inspection was on time (actually early) and I got all the information I needed to make a choice for a new furnace. Installation will be tomorrow. Fast friendly experience from the start. My yearly inspection went very good. No problems were found on my Amanda furnace during the inspection. Lou and Shawn were very helpful and answered all my questions with professionalism and technically when I asked. I work in the industrial world and like being talked to like I know what I'm talking about. I wish there were more than 5 stars to rate my experience!
