I've had Streitz perform regular maintenance and repair work on my home heating and cooling system (including installing a new system when needed) for about 20 years. Their people are friendly, professional, clean and competent. They are good about telling me when more than routine maintenance will be required so that I can plan for it.

The Streitz team are top notch professionals. They replaced or furnace & AC several years ago and have done semi-annual maintenance since then. For years the Streitz crew has done an excellent job of maintaining our HVAC system. When our older furnace failed this spring, they quickly fixed the problem and then applied the repair cost to purchasing a new system. Dan patiently answered our questions about the repair and purchase. The furnace installation went smoothly so the house remained comfortable. They also went to extra efforts to locate and install a compatible AC unit before a sudden heat wave.

We always trust Streitz to do a thorough and timely job on our furnace and air conditioner. We just had our spring checkup. Dan did a great job. We have been customers for 40 years. Back then our AC had gone out and the company we had been using said the wait time would be about 6 weeks. Apparently they had taken commercial work and didn't have time for the customers that supplied work daily. We called Streitz and they gave us a two hour window that day! We have been very happy with the whole company including office schedulers that answer with a happy voice, the team of service people/owners and a big shout out to Gary.the guy that takes care to see that our equipment is tuned up and ready! We are very pleased with the quality of their product, both heat and air. Years ago, we wanted a second opinion on an air conditioning unit that was supposedly failing. Fortunately for us, Dan from Streitz Heating & Cooling was the person that evaluated the situation. He discovered that an easy $100 repair would fix the problem. Our system has been working great ever since and Dan saved us thousands of dollars. We've since signed up for their ongoing maintenance program and we look forward to seeing Dan each spring and fall.

Have had a service contract with Streitz for 22 years and highly recommend them. Everyone at Streitz is always very responsive to calls and treat us in a professional and friendly manner. Moved from Faribault to Elko New Market last year and was concerned Streitz did not service the new location. I was pleased to learn that they did; and especially, that we could continue to have Dan Berning service our equipment.
