Could not be more satisfied. Unlike several others we contacted to install a gas line for our new stove these folks promptly answered the phone and a few hours later we had an estimate and install time a few days later. This while another outfit failed to return emails or phone calls. The install went great and we even received a tip on fixing a dripping faucet that saved us some money.
We are new to the area, but will use Keith Pumper for all our plumbing needs. They are old school in the best sense of that term. Oh yes, the final price was less than the estimate--how often do you see that these days.

My water heater stoped working Thursday evening. I called Keith at 7:30 am Friday morning to get a new water heater installed. His employees Alex and Hudson showed up on time and had a new water heater installed by 11:30 am the same day. I was very please on how fast they took care of me. They even came back to clear a faucet that had got clogged from sediment build up in the line for free. Very pleased with the service and the price was reasonable too.

We had Keith Pumper Plumbing install a gas line for us. They were recommended to us by Quality Appliance. They were responsive, got us on their schedule quickly, and showed up on time. They worked quickly and were very informative about the installation. The technicians were friendly and respectful of our new home. The quote was accurate and the process to pay was simple and easy.
We will go through them for any of our heating and plumbing needs in the future. We were very satisfied with the entire process--particularly the responsiveness. I had them install a kitchen faucet and was very pleased with the service and price. I had Kieth quote a price to install a second water meter and was quoted $250-300. While installing they had to go back to the shop 2-3 times. He sent me a bill for $437.32. I talked to him at least once and he said he would check into it, and the secretary once for him to call.
Nobody has called to discuss. I refuse to pay the bill. I have had a business of my own and that is just rude. I am still waiting for a response. That is not how you conduct business.

If I could choose 0 stars, I would. This company is a joke. Completely ripped me off. When I spoke to the owner he was very rude and would not do anything substantial enough to make it right. Basically called me a liar. I've never dealt with someone so unprofessional in my life. It's amazing he still has a business with his ethic. I would not recommend using this company, unless you want your pockets seriously gouged. So dissatisfied with them. ZERO stars.

We purchased a home in June 2017 and we had Keith Pumper come out and do some plumbing work in our main bath. The gentleman that came to our home was professional and not only worked quickly but did a great job. I had to leave to go to work and had no issue leaving them at my home by themselves. Only plumber I will ever use!

Early winter, furnace went out and needed to be replaced. Keith and his crew got us the info we needed to make an informed decision. We were back in the warmth ASAP.
