I can't say enough positives for this company! Our heat went out in the dead cold of winter and Max with LaSalle was our guy! He knew exactly what the issue was and didn't take advantage of our older unit by telling us we should replace the entire unit. Their company answers promptly and appointments are easy to obtain. The professionalism is remarkable and the work is stand up quality! We aren't from Minnesota, so finding folks we trust has been difficult. This is our heating/cooling company for our duration in the tundra! Thank you, Max!

I had a 37 year old furnace start having issues on Thursday.by Tuesday the next week I had a new furnace installed. Great workmanship and friendly. If you want a fair company I would recommend Laslle! Service: Heating system installation

LaSalle HVAC should be your first go to for any HVAC problem. I've used them in the past and have yet to have even a minor complaint. They are professionals in the truest sense of the word. They keep you updated on the status of your call, let you know service call fees up front and really know what they are doing. Had my heater go out on New Years day. Called them around 8:00 AM.

By 1:30, the heater was fixed and Charlie went over it to make sure it was correct. Even fixed a few things, no charge. LaSalle should be your first and only call for any HVAC problem

Replaced a 19.5 year old furnace with a new Bryant high efficiency natural gas furnace and smart system thermostat. Added a new Lennox whole-house air purification system with the furnace. I also had a thermostatically controlled gas heater installed in our garage. Very pleased with Charlie and all three members of the installation crew. All very helpful and professional. Highly recommended!

Our A/C died on us earlier this year in June when we had a stretch of high 90s days and we were pretty desperate to find a company to help us out. LaSalle was able to beat the competitor's pricing in the area and man did we luck out. Not only did Charlie come to our house the very next day to look at what we needed, we had our entire heating and cooling system replaced within the next 3 days! 5 months later, I am super happy with the Bryant system they installed - very quiet and efficient!

On top of that, I couldn't be happier with the technicians/installers that came to our house. They were extremely professional, friendly, and I could tell that they took pride in their work. I am probably one of the pickiest customers there are, but the guys did everything just the way I imagined it and worked very cleanly and installed the system so it looks nice and neat! In sum, if your looking for a reliable team that knows what they're doing and delivers a quality product, LaSalle should definitely be on your radar!

I asked for an AC diagnosis and the tech (Max) came out and looked over everything. Max didn't end up finding anything wrong with the AC, but took the time to walk me through everything he was looking at and explained why he felt there was no issue. I had asked if our AC unit was sized right for the house and Max didn't try to upsell me a new unit.

He checked the home's square footage on the county website, noted what size unit would be recommended for that size and confirmed that I had appropriate coverage. Additionally the business is setup where they send you a picture of the tech ahead of time and a tracking email so that you know when they will arrive. It was just a really professional operation. Highly recommended.

I have been pleased with LaSalle since the very first time I needed their service about 6 years ago when my ac unit went out and it was during one of the hottest weeks of the summer. Charlie came out and he worked so hard to get a new system put in and it wasn't easy because there were some complications that required a great deal of work. Nonetheless, he did it and we've been pleased ever since. However, this past weekend we had a scare and I thought my ac had froze up and maybe even quit. Called them on a Saturday and funny as it is, I ended up talking to Charlie again.

He explained what he thought it might be and we decided to wait it out until Monday. Monday came and he was at my house and after it was all said and done, he reassured me there were no problems and due to some current house updates and all the debris my filter had clogged the airflow and it basically froze up. He then made sure everything was running smoothly and gave me guidance as how to care for my ac unit going forward. I can't thank LaSalle and Charlie enough. Great service and company! I know that no matter what, I have comfort and care with LaSalle!

We worked with Charlie, Miguel and Ben. They were all very courteous and professional. We appreciated how quickly they were able to help us when our furnace died during very cold weather. Between getting our problem diagnosed and a new furnace installed, it was about a 20 hour turn around. We greatly appreciated the courtesy space heaters to get us through the night. This company does it right!

We had used LaSalle in the past for a couple things, but this past weekend was great. Our furnace (20+ years old) was on its way out. With a baby, we need heat, so we had to pay for an emergency tech visit on Saturday. Charlie came within an hour, found the issue quickly, and gave us our options. We decided to go with a new furnace. He got us quotes on Monday.

I called to discuss which furnace and humidifier we wanted, and they came the next morning and installed everything. He even built the $250 emergency service charge into the price of the new furnace + installation. Crew was friendly and arrived inside the window they said they would. Took about 7 hours to install everything (new pipes had to be run) and the furnace works great. We won't be using a different company.

I started out as a five star. Dropped to a three star over delays and lack of follow up but the 10 year warranty on parts and labor has me nudging them back up to 4 stars. The people that come out to do estimates, work etc. are great. However, their customer service and communication from home office is not. If you are ever told "someone will get back to you" they wont.

Not with estimate, not with date to install, not with follow up with gas co. Nothing. If you manage to get them there, they do a great job but if you depend on admin to follow up you will get mighty chilly. I even told them that their lack of follow up is the only thing keeping them from a five star review. I waited two weeks because "gas co had to inspect". Calledgas co to expedite and they had no clue.

Back to Lasalle. Oh. Not to inspect, just to turn gas on. Back to gas co. They came out same day and said connections not done, pressure test incomplete. Apparently mickey mouse watch said time to go and they left with job not done. Im in the middle of this and not understanding any of it. When the person finally called back he told me "Im just the technician; I don't know anything about this".

Thank goodness the man from gas co. talked to them directly. He also wanted to be there when they came out because he was concerned over the technician's confusion. I am happy with the price and the work; but if you hire them you will need to be proactive. You cannot depend on anyone to follow up with anything. They are unfailingly polite, understanding and apologetic and noted my experience with lack of follow up. Every. Single. Time.

I had another very good experience with LaSalle Heating & Air Conditioning. This time I referred my mom to LaSalle, and Miguel and Kevin did a great job installing a new furnace, air conditioner and water heater. Everyone we worked with at LaSalle was very helpful throughout the process, from the initial consultation to the installation today. I will definitely continue to recommend them.

Excellent customer service. Highly professional. I am glad I did my research and found LaSalle. They genuinely care about the customer which is refreshing in today's climate. They turned an unfortunate situation of having to replace my furnace into a very pleasant encounter. Max and his crew did a fantastic job. I am looking forward to having them out this spring to replace my AC Unit. I cannot recommend them enough. If you own a home, keep these guys in your contacts. Five stars, two thumbs up.

Absolutely the Best! Hands down! I've been doing a total gut out and remodel of an old strip mall turned restaurant. I've dealt with many contractors over the two year period and it hasn't been easy. LaSalle is exceptional at customer service and knowledgeable about their craft. They take time to let you know what you need and why and then they do not over charge. What a blessing! So grateful I finally found them!

Response time was above expectations! Diagnosis of our air conditioner was quick and the service tech was able to get it working to save us in time before our son's graduation party! We will definitely be contacting them in the future!

Owners son was arrogant and we did not go with them, as his bid was over market retail and more importantly, he did not share key rebates with us which made a $700 difference - which they keep from the manufacturer as oppose to going to the consumer. Simple - not really customer focused.

They were prompt giving us a bid when our air conditioner went out. Right away we trusted them. They were busy at the time and the weather got really hot. We called. They were kind enough to add some freon to our old air conditioning unit to give the unit one "last gasp". When our new air conditioner was installed all went well. They completed the forms to get rebates with Dakota Electric and Bryant Air Conditioning. Great job! Very pleased.

Our furnace gas valve went out in the middle of a blizzard and LaSalle came through and did an excellent job. Max was prompt, knowledgeable, and very friendly. Prices were extremely fair as well. I would highly recommend LaSalle and will be calling them again for all my future needs.

Max & Charlie replaced my 22 year old furnace within 48 hours of its failure. (It failed on Sunday. Replaced on Tuesday) They walked me through my buying options. new technology and all. The install went smoothly, even with me pestering them with questions. They did not leave until we felt comfortable with the new setup. I would trust these guys again. Even the dog warmed up to them.

Our boiler stopped heating our second floor this very, very, very cold weekend. Our weekend indoor temp was 57 chilly degrees. It is not easy to find a licensed plumber who can service boilers! I finally just did a google search and landed on Yelp, and with the help of the reviews, I called LaSalle on Monday morning. Thankfully, they were able to come at 2:00!

They were prompt, courteous, friendly, professional and knowledgeable.and needless to say, fixed our heating issues - for a VERY reasonable price! I highly recommend LaSalle and while I hope we won't "need" them in the future, I will absolutely use them in the event of any other heating or a/c emergency!

We had an issue with our furnace during one of the coldest days this year, and LaSalle was prompt, walked us through the problem (and future fixes), and provided a fair, reasonable quote. Will be using LaSalle for any future HVAC issues and would recommend to anyone.

Another company told me I needed a new acoil which would have cost me $1500 on a 4 year old unit. and if that wasn't bad enough he tried to talk me into a new AC unit for $2500. I called LaSalle Heating & AC today and Charlie (nicest guy) fixed my air for $194.00. I'm so thankful to have found an honest company and I will be their customer forever!

Nice guys, but they didn't seem to communicate between the person I talk to on the phone and the technician. When the technician called me, he had no idea of anything that I had previously talked to the person on the phone about. Also, my biggest problem is that I told them the reason I want to get a furnace tune-up is because Centerpoint Energy offers a rebate.

The service place only needs to fill out a required form and send it to me. They said they knew what I was talking about and that they'd send me the form, but they never sent it and haven't responded to my emails. Lastly, the furnace tune-up took about 10 minutes to complete. Why am I paying $100 for something that takes someone 10 minutes to do. Burnsville Heating and Cooling is a better company in my opinion.
