Owners Phil & Mike are so helpful, thorough and amazing. They were patient with me and took time to answer all of my questions. They were super accommodating and very price competitive. Angell Aire installed a gas furnace and cold-climate air source heat pump in our house in April of 2021. The service we received from them was exceptional. When we met at our house, Phil Angell thoroughly answered my numerous questions. When I contacted him later by email with detailed questions, he responded promptly. His installers, Alex and Seth, arrived on time and gave me a lot of good information about the units they installed. Our experience with Angell Aire ranks among the best of all the encounters we have had with contractors over our 32 years of home ownership. I highly recommend them.

Won't find a better HVAC company out there. Phil and team put customer service and satisfaction above everything and make sure you are taken care of in a timely and professional manner. I reached out to multiple groups looking for quotes to replace my HVAC system, but Phil and his team were the few that detailed all the available options and highlighted the ones that would be the most efficient and economical. They installed the new Bryant heater and heat pump in a couple of hours and did a thorough walkthrough in the end. I would highly recommend their services.

I am beyond impressed with Angell Aire! We initially got our 11 year old furnace serviced and a few quotes from another local company, which I personally had to follow-up with. I work as a Realtor and I was shocked at the price I was quoted by this other company. I started calling around and thankfully found Angell Aire. Phil was beyond helpful! He even double checked something and called me back to let me know the info he initially gave me was incorrect. what company ever does that?!

Our furnace went out when it was -5. I called Angell Aire and they were able to send someone within a few hours. It was determined we needed a new furnace and they had it installed within 24 hours. They even brought over heaters while we waited for the installation. All the techs we met were VERY professional and knowledgeable. I can't recommend Angell Aire enough. Go there next time you need heating or cooling work done. You won't be disappointed.

Every person I've encountered with Angell Aire has gone above and beyond to be helpful. We're on the last leg of an older furnace/AC unit on the tail end of a warranty- and they have been willing to come out over and over with every issue that comes up. When we do go out of warranty, I know they would be a great option to replace the unit since they are professional, courteous, timely and overall great to work with.

OH MY GOSH, MY FURNACE IS ALIVE! The rattling sound was scaring me, so I called around for a technician. I had a tech from our usual place come by (not Angell) - he told me the inducer motor was broken and quoted a price to fix. The glimmer of hope? The furnace might still be under warranty. I called Angell Aire after being pointed to them as the warranty repair company for the brand of furnace in our house.

I left a message with the receptionist for the warranty guy to call me back. He called back having already looked up my house by the address with full information on the repair. He had the part in stock, and offered to send someone over immediately to check it out. Said he needed his guy to look at the furnace to make sure the first tech from the other company diagnosed the issue properly and didn't miss anything.

No joke - 10 minutes later, my doorbell rings and the tech is ready to roll. He confirmed the issue and had it fixed in under an hour. Thank you, Angell Aire! You made what could have been a very spendy day, a simple warranty repair.

We had our furnace and heat pump installed by Angell Aire 11 years ago. They had been received a national award for service. We were please and continued to use them for other services. Now I would not say they would be in the running. I got mixed evaluations of my heat pump now. I had to remind one tech the heat pump was outside on the side of the house.

When I scheduled the appointment I was not told there would be a separate charge for the furnace check and the heat pump check, which I didn't even think to ask about since it had never happened with other companies. They did not gain my confidence and I felt overcharged, won't be using them again.

This review is based on my experience getting an estimate from Angell Aire. A few weeks ago my AC died during the middle of a heat wave. I called several HVAC vendors who were all backlogged since it was the beginning of the summer season in Minnesota. Phil was able to come out the next day to provide an estimate. He was very professional and discussed several options. Based on the information he gathered he provided a quote that was by far one of the lowest I received for a reputable brand. Unfortunately, Angell Aire was booked for a few weeks out for installations and I went with another vendor. However, based on my experience receiving the estimate, I would definitely recommend to others.

Jeremy, their service tech saved me several hundred dollars by determining my heat exchanger just needed cleaning after Center Point told me it was cracked and red tagged it. I will need a new furnace and A/C in the next couple years and Angell Aire will be the first place I look.

Great service! Amazing how helpful the staff was in diagnosing the problem for my furnace and how well they explained what it needed and why and how to do it correctly.
