Dennis and Barry were fantastic to work with! We had the "other guys" out for a tune up and we were told "big leak somewhere" and "we'll have someone out tomorrow to set you up with a new unit." Our unit is only 8 years old so I knew something sounded off. I called Gopher and they came over a few days later. Barry was extremely professional! He made my stay at home wife and kids feel very comfortable.
He explained everything clearly and switched up our two stage furnace to be utilized correctly with our one stage thermostat. He was efficient and got the AC tuned up correctly for a very competitive price. We will be using Gopher for all of our H/AC needs from now on! Thank you for the great customer service!

These people are the bomb! Last winter in February, I returned from out of town to find my furnace shot (53 degrees in the house). Barry was out the next day.patched it up but warned me it was on it's last legs. Dennis came out and presented me with replacement options => no arm twisting, no hard sell. I picked one and it was installed within the week.
This year, my humidifier was shot. I sent them some pictures of the leak => again Barry was out same day and fixed it right up. I would never go anywhere else for this stuff!

They installed my new furnace and A/C on my home remodel and did a great job. The Mfg. initially sent a higher end furnace for the same model as ordered and they passed the savings on to me. I really appreciated that. I've had very few issues and they have done a great job on service when I did need it as well as tune ups. Very professional and high quality service.

They did a very through cleaning of my ducts and vents. While they were at it they found why I had low air flow from my basement vent's. They were able to quickly redo the furnace ducting to fix that the same day for a very good price. Very happy with all the work. Services: HVAC duct & vent cleaning, Heating system maintenance

My air conditioning went out due to an equipment failure. The capacitor blew and needed replacement. I'm very handy and maintain my own equipment for the most part, so I thought about just replacing the failed part myself. However, after 17 years I figured it was time to get a checkup on the system and refrigerant levels, etc. I called Gopher because of their good reputation and these positive reviews.
Normally I'm not the review type, but this time I simply had to leave one. They are definitely professionals that are indeed PROFESSIONAL. They listened, they called to confirm, they were on-time, they know their stuff, plus they did a top quality job. The technician Pat even provided some additional suggestions on changing my blower speed settings that I could do myself if I wanted. I suggest giving Gopher a call first and highly recommend them because of their professionalism, expertise, and integrity.
