Heating Repairs: We offer flat rate diagnostic testing starting at $79 that will determine exactly what is wrong with your heating system. Afterward, our technicians will provide customers with an estimate for the heating repair needed. Heating Installations: Occasionally, old heating equipment needs to be replaced for optimal efficiency.

Leave gas furnace installation to the professionals at Precision Heating & Air. There must not be any leaks and flue pipes, duct work, and thermostats must all be secure and working properly. Erick Smith was amazing. His customer service was incredible. He came out for an emergency because my outdoor unit fan turned off. He literally checked EVERYTHING indoor and out and that was after he already corrected the issue. We are so happy he was the one that came. I sure hope he gets recognized. They were very reasonable, worked with my delayed timeline, they accepted Amex card for payment. Removed entire HVAC and installed the new one with some additional duct work in 5 hours. Every time Precision Heating & Air comes out they do a wonderful job, are always on time, and have such friendly staff. Both me and my boyfriend were working while Steve was here and took great care of us. Precision installed a new HVAC unit for me a few years ago, and I've been using them for maintenance ever since. They did a great job with the installation, and I haven't had any issues with my HVAC since then. They always confirm your appointment and call to let you know when someone is on the way to your house. Scottie is great. Very professional and friendly. He's happy to answer any questions you may have as well.
