We had a wonderful experience with this company! Patrick was our technician and was timely, professional, patient, and transparent about what he was doing to fix our AC system. He worked with integrity and let us ask questions while he worked to give us a better understanding of what he was doing. He also gave us a courtesy discount and told us about the program this company has to help with whole house maintenance (which honestly sounds significantly better than my home warranty was, so I was delighted to find a company like this with such a program). I absolutely intend to use Ragsdale for my future ac/heat, plumbing, and electric needs!

I called on Friday and they were able to get a tech out first thing on Monday. They were on time quick and efficient. They communicate via phone call text and email. Michael Mullins was very honest and professional. He showed us all of the issues. He gave us honest options and discussed the industry and what cost we were looking at how vs 6 months from now.

He was very clean and respectful of our space. He contacted the company on our behalf to have another employee sent out for additional services we needed and had that set up for today. They have solid Covid procedures (discussed prior to an associate coming out) if that is something that concerns you.

The service at Ragsdale is great. I've always used them for annual service and have even purchased a new AC unit from them years ago when I lived at my previous home. The technicians are very professional and knowledgeable, and kindly respect your wishes if they have to come into your home. I cannot remember the names of all the technicians that have come out, but they were all very kind and knew what they were doing. However, the technician that came out to service my units this past Tuesday was Kevin Bruning.

He was very pleasant and it did not take him very long to find out what was wrong with one of my units. He took the time to explain what was being replaced, and I greatly appreciate that. I highly recommend Kevin and Ragsdale Heating, Air & Plumbing.

Caleb was the technician for my maintenance visit, and he provided excellent customer service. He was very courteous and patient in listening to my concerns and providing guidance. He went out of his way to help me with my thermostat issue, and I ended up getting a new one installed. I've used Ragsdale for HVAC install and maintenance over 20 yrs., and I've always been happy with the work they do.

Preface: Ragsdale installed a new furnace and A/C unit in my home 22 months ago and I have a 15 year parts and labor warranty with them. Came home in the afternoon from work to my A/C unit out and the house being quite warm. Called Ragsdale and they were able to get to me within a very reasonable amount of time. The technicians, Christian and William, were very friendly and professional during their time at my house. Additionally, they were able to examine the whole system, diagnose the issue, and repair in less than 90 minutes.

Entire exam/repair call was under warranty and came at no cost. Finally, I also spoke with multiple ladies at the Ragsdale office to get scheduled and with a couple other items. Each were very courteous and helpful. All around excellent experience-thanks Ragsdale Team!

Jacob M. came out to help us with our blown furnace blower motor. He was kind, professional, and was able to quickly figure out the problem. I didn't know if he'd be able to fix it same day, but less than 3 hours later my system is up and running! I'm very thankful, it's too dang hot outside. One of my favorite parts was the easy online scheduling where I was able to upload a video of my problem.

The ladies who I spoke to on the phone were also extremely nice. I even signed up for their service plan which ended up actually saving me money on my repair, and they're gonna come out and do maintenance later on. Very glad I called Ragsdale and I will be calling again if I have any problems! Thanks! Update: The next day I realized the blower wouldn't turn off.

I called them up and told them what was happening and Jacob was back out here about 2 hours later. It turned out to be a switch on my unit which is very old model. Jacob fixed it up, showed me what happened and what to do in the future, and even left a little note about the switch. They didn't charge me to come back out and I'm very appreciative. Now we're officially up and running and the house is nice and cool! I'm glad I called Ragsdale, and thanks again Jacob!

Ragsdale has been outstanding since I've been a customer since 2018. We had our service technician Cameron come out to do a basic check in our new Carrier HVAC. He was on time, professional and kind. David and Tyler were a pleasure to work with, they were prompt, courteous and professional. We had another issue I mentioned to David and he reached out and scheduled the service on our behalf, and a few days later came out and resolved that issue, it was nice to have that level of customer service. We have used Ragsdale for the past 10 years, and they continue to be exceptional to work with, fair in their quotes an pricing and reliable in the services they provide.

I really appreciate the service I get from Ragsdale! These people are experienced and know what they are doing! I called them for 2 different things: A/C servicing and I dealt with David. He was awesome and so kind and patient. Recently, I had a couple of plumbing issues with my sink and dish washer and Anthony came out to service them. He is awesome.

So knowledgeable, experienced and kind. He patiently explained every detail of what the problem was and how he was going to handle it. He did an excellent job of offering much needed advice and I soaked it all up. I would happily add my suggested recommendation- although there are so many more-to the list of satisfied customers. This company is my go to, and Anthony & David, you guys are great!

The technician came out when scheduled and was very professional. The technician wore a mask, shoe coverings, and kept their work area clean. I had a Nest installed which was installed quickly. The technician took his time to explain everything and was very patient. The price was very affordable and fair.

Ragsdale HA&P has earned my continued business. The operator was very polite and had a service tech call me so I could ask questions before I scheduled an appointment. Brad was very helpful, professional and polite. He came out the same day and made a perfect evaluation the first time. I will ask for him if I ever have a problem again. I contacted Ragsdale to replace my 14 year old leaking water heater. I like the virtual consultation and quote. The technician was polite, professional, and exactly on time. He told me what to expect before he started and explained how to work everything after he was finished. I can't really say if the price was high or low because I didn't shop around, but it seemed reasonable and was exactly as quoted. The time from when I first contacted them to running hot water was under four hours.

Wendel explained everything that he was doing, which II appreciated. He was very honest about the condition of the furnace. It's old and will need replacing soon. I told him I couldn't afford a furnace right now and asked if he thought I could get by until Summertime, and he said that it was possible. He was very straight forward with me, which was nice. Wendel represents your company very well. I'm looking forward to using your company again.

I had what turned out to be a pinhole leak in a water supply line in the ceiling of my powder room. James from Ragsdale HVAC and Plumbing came out on a Friday mid afternoon two weeks before Christmas, trouble shot the situation and had it resolved 2 hours later, with minimum impact on us or our very busy schedule. I am very grateful for the service he provided.

It is hard to find a reliable HVAC company with commercial techs. I am always happy that when i call Ragsdale cares to address issues i have in a timely manner. Very happy that a recent random hard to find issue was taken care of by your company. Blake made a huge effort to troubleshoot our issue and found a damper had worn a wire through the plastic in a return from the original installation. In the past Jacob has also been a great help. Ragsdale has been outstanding since I've been a customer since 2018. We recently bought a new HVAC from them, Cole our salesperson was professional and honest! He came out on the day of installation! Renea in the Plumbing Department was wonderful to talk with and arrange appointments. She was genuinely concerned about my problems and did everything to help while making me feel at ease. Jacob was able to redo all the piping in my house and connect to fixtures which mean having to go in a tiny crawl space - once filled with water due to a leak. He is such a pleasant young man with a work ethic that surpasses his years.

I am so thankful that Renea sent him to do the work! To do the back breaking work he did while remaining so pleasant is to be commended. Thank you Ragsdale for these two exceptional employees. ( The A/C tech that did the maintenance on my air conditioner was also top notch.) I highly recommend Ragsdale and they will be the only one I call.

I had an appointment scheduled with them and ask for a 30-45 minutes call ahead so I could leave job and make appointment. I called the day before to even certify and receive a text confirmation with them saying they would give me a call 30-45 minutes before. The day of the appointment I receive a call and was told the technician was in my area. No heads up or anything and then the lady on the phone had an attitude when she had to call me to see where I was as I was rushing to make the appointment. I was so upset I cancel the appointment. Will never do service with them again.

I've not used their service, but had a terrible experience with one of their drivers. I was driving in a residential area with a speed limit of 35 mph. A Ragsdale van tailgated me for over a mile until I turned off into my community. Although I sped up to 45 mph to try to get the driver off my bumper, he still rode on my a**. The most upsetting. part was that my child was in the car with me.

If this is how Ragsdale drivers behave, I have absolutley no intention of doing business with them and have no respect for the company. Discourteous, dangerous drivers are a poor reflection of who they respresent.

They were fast, professional and courteous. We removed and installed a new toilet with bidet attachment. The service tech was clean, detailed and kind. The price was about the same as every other plumber we called. These guys just had a better and more efficient operation.

AC went out. Another company told us we would be a month out for service. Ragsdale booked within 24 hours, arrived early, and serviced 2 machines. Blake was friendly but professional.

We have been loyal Ragsdale customers for years. Service is always quick, friendly and with great quality work and equipment. As much as we don't like having to replace units because of the cost, Chris makes it easy. Plus, we have used them the last 5 years for maintenance on a 37 year old unit that they could have told us to replace from the start but we got additional years out of it because of their work.

The technician was great! I was quoted a price, I thought it seemed a little high. I assumed they would be close to other companies. I was terribly wrong. I received 2 estimates, both with companies with over 20 years experience. I was so shocked! There estimates were $350-380. I paid $671.00. This was just to pipe my hot water heater. It was in place and wired already.

The quality of work was good. I think they are out of the ball park with pricing. I would recommend checking with Cross and sons, it Davis and sons. Take the time to check around!

My mother has been without heat for over 20 hours. She bought the unit in May 2020, there have been several problems with the unit and today 1/10/21 a service person was to come fix it and no showed! I've called Ragsdale and the lady answering the phone was beyond rude and still no call back. This has been going on since Friday and my 71 year old mother has NO heat! It's 44 degrees. She's afraid to leave the house due to Covid. Never use them

We have heat! Hallelujah, we have heat!. So, our furnace decided to stop working late Christmas Day! I was able to make an appointment on line With Ragsdale HVAC ( ) that night, and they were here the next day. They checked and double checked everything for safety, as it's an older furnace (about 20 years. old), and they were able to determine that everything was still safe and that we only needed a new switch!

Unfortunately they didn't have a switch in the van or in stock at the shop, but were able to order it, pick it up, and have it installed today! I would highly recommend them to anyone that has any HAVC issues!

That young man Blake Herndon that came out has been a lifesaver he went above and beyond to make sure my heat was working before leaving. He did not care how late he was here or what he needed to be doing on his own time he wanted to make sure his customers was satisfied before leaving. He puts our customers before his self. He is sweet and kind. he is very generous very professional all-around a wonderful person. I would like to have him handle all problems that go on at my home.

This organization is HEARTLESS! Home Depot should be ashamed of themselves for referring these CLOWNS. They turned my furnace off in an effort to force me to purchase a new one.

Ragsdale handled the heating and air conditioning installation for my 68 year old sister from the estimating to the installation, job was done right it was done on time I'd recommend them to anyone. Thank you Jay Jerry and Tyler.

We have used Ragsdale for many years at our former home and just recently bought a new unit for upstairs in our new home. I appreciate the quality service we received from: -Sean (sp?) who on Christmas Eve installed our Pristine filer system, which is a great addition to our home -Chris who sold us our new HVAC system and worked to create a plan for the pipes to be best installed in our attic that has foam insulation -Sam who came out last week after we had the new HVAC system installed, and as a result, we needed a Pristine expert to make sure it was working correctly -Jake, Danilo and Drew who installed the new HVAC system.

Our access to the attic is complicated, and they were very professional in their work and with respect to our home and cleaning up everything after the installation -Brian who came out after we had two technicians who did not represent Ragsdale well. Thanks to Ben, all of that was taken care of. We appreciate the professionalism and quality work that we have received from Ragsdale over the years and will continue to be a customer.

If I could give 10 stars I would. I called them at 1 pm because my garbage disposal was leaking. By 3:30 they had come out and fixed it. These guys were great and even adjusted my dishwasher at no charge. ABSOLUTELY CALL THEM!

I hated to have to call them because I knew when my air conditioner quit working after calling two other companies for repair work that it would not be cheap. After two other estimates Ragsdale came to my home and explained in detail what needed to be done to get and keep my house cool. The older system ( builder grade) was installed improperly and it was not large enough to cool the square footage so it constantly run and run and run but never really got to the set temp until later in the evening.

The air flow was restricted by not allowing enough air to be returned to the blower so they added another return and installed everything according to code +. I am so glad that I choose Ragsdale. They were very professional and installed the new and dismantled and hauled off the old system. They were neat and cleaned up after themselves. By the way they have a great warranty and YES they were cheaper than the other two companies and provided a superior system and gave me senior discount too! I can't say enough good about them. You will be pleased.

I needed some plumbing work in my home and originally called another company and left a message giving my phone # twice so they would receive it and get back to me. I got no response for days. I called Ragsdale and spoke with a friendly person who got someone out the very next day. Today Ben Chapman arrived on time and got my list completed quickly and professionally. I always say you never regret paying for Quality! I have had good experiences with Ragsdale in the past too! I will say they are not cheap but they are Quality!

Ragsdale has been working with us for years and I can say they are truly the best in customer service period. They recently installed a brand new Carrier HVAC system in our house when our old system failed. They were prompt, more than fair, and has our house cool in no time. Can't recommend a company more.

This is probably my favorite heating and air company! They have excellent customer service. I have been using them for the past 2 years and have always exceeded my expectations in service. Today I had my unit replaced by Tony and Timothy and they were wonderful. Tony was very thorough and did an excellent job at explaining the details of the completed job. We've been long-term customers of Ragsdale on the HVAC side. They provide standard yearly HVAC maintenance and have been onsite twice for emergency repairs. During all interactions they are professional, genuine and do a great job explaining what they are doing. Today we had the pleasure of having Chris come out to make some final connections on our generator (in preparation for Irma). Chris was the consummate professional.

We woke up the other morning to warm home. Not good when you have a 3 year old and 6 month old. Ragsdale had a tech to the house at the appointment time, which was great since I had to leave work. The two techs were very nice and informative. The unit was frozen and they could not do anything. We had to leave unit off to defrost. They said to expect a call to schedule a tech to come back once unit was defrosted to diagnose the problem.

We received the call with in 30 minutes and had a tech back at the house the very next day. Very happy with the service and honesty of the 3 techs I dealt with. Would highly recommend Ragsdale.

You can't beat the service and friendliness of the staff. They have always come through for us in a pinch and I never hesitate to recommend them to friends.

I love working with them. The technicians and office staffs are professional. They show up when they say they will. They don't "disappear" on you or ignore your calls after you pay. They installed a 4 ton HVAC system with all ductwork for our basement and did all the plumbing too.
