My Dad has used Wade heating and air for ten years because these folks actually diagnose and repair your current system. They never have pressured the family for a complete new system.

Our 2nd floor was too hot & our 1st floor was too cold while both thermostats were on heat. We had Taylor review & troubleshoot the furnace system. Turns out our damper motor & capacitor were bad. Repairs came to $657.00 for parts & labor. We also signed up for the biannual service. Taylor was a nice guy. Looking forward to doing more business with Wade HVAC.

Wade has not only maintained my HVAC systems for several years, but they also recently installed a new system. Austin and Jim took great care to wrap pipes and do the job right. Recently had our semi-annual preventive maintenance visit from a Wade technician. This was for the Spring tune-up. The technician was courteous and pleasant. He called to let us know he was on his way at the day and time we had scheduled, showed up on time, and worked efficiently. Everything was evaluated and found in good working order. We have always had a good experience with the Wade people. Highly recommended. Jim Orr, our reliable technician, came out again for the pre-winter tune-up. He was timely, efficient, and very friendly. Great job again.

We had to have our air conditioner replaced and our furnace was over 20 years old so we decided to replace both units. This happened the Wednesday before the Memorial Day weekend so we thought it might take some time before we could get the work completed. However, Wade had a crew that was willing to work on Saturday so we were able to get our systems replaced.

The guys showed up early Saturday morning and in a few hours they had everything up and running smoothly. We have used Wade Heating & Air Conditioning for many years and have found them to be very responsive to what ever our needs might be. I highly recommend them for your heating & air needs!
