D Mc Keon Heating & Air Conditioning

We returned from vacation to our upstairs A/C not working. Called D. McKeon and they were here the next morning at 8 am. The company called 30 minutes prior to confirm that Preston would be here on time and he was. He was in and out in about 30 minutes and fixed our A/C. Luckily it wasn't anything major but he had us up and running in no time. Preston was very thorough and explained everything. Service cost was VERY reasonable. While I hope we don't have to use them anytime soon, D. McKeon is our new A/C repair company.

My furnace quit heating on a Friday night. not a true emergency as the downstairs unit was keeping the temp livable. I call and left a message and was called back in just a few minutes. the tech very patiently and politely walked me through a few things to try. And gave me an option for service now or wait til Monday (which is what i did). I received a call Monday at just past 8AM. again very friendly and polite and a tech came out by noon.

I felt like i was given very good info by the tech and we determined that the 20 year old system was better replaced than repaired. On Wed They came out ON TIME again and installed. a good looking job and the 2 service men were, again, very polite and had the furnace swapped in 3 hours. At which point the Service manager and the original tech came out and examined the install and commissioned the furnace. then helped walk through programming the new 'smart' t--stat. they also installed a CO2 alarm and left a couple filters. all in all I am very happy with the whole transaction. Highly recommend

Had no heat on one of the coldest nights of the year. called McKeon Friday morning and they came out before noon. The serviceman knew exactly what was wrong, put in a new capacitor and changed the filters. He explained everything to me and showed me what he did and why. and explained just how the unit works. I was amazed he took such care to explain everything!

Most professional company I've dealt with in a while. I needed my HVAC units inspected ASAP due to selling of my house. Shannon was very helpful in answering all my questions and getting a tech out immediately. Preston came to the house, serviced and made minor repairs the same day He also went above and beyond spoking to the buyers answering their concerns as well. D. McKeon Heating and Air is an excellent choice if you're needing a repair or looking to replace your HVAC system. Great service and follow-up, their HVAC techs are extremely knowledgeable and courteous. We had both our upstairs and downstairs systems replaced, and right now HVAC equipment is in short supply. D. McKeon Heating and Air went out of their way to locate the equipment needed for the replacement of our systems.

When our old AC went out on a hot Saturday night in August, we thought it would take forever to get relief. To our surprise, McKeon came out Sunday morning, made interim repairs to get us through and installed a new system three days later! On the day of the install, their supplier ran into a problem and didn't have the unit we ordered - so McKeon actually upgraded us to a top of the line model for the same price!

We have never had such stellar customer service! The people are knowledgeable, friendly, great to work with and the new AC is incredible - quiet, highly efficient, works like a charm. We recommend highly!

My review is sort of mixed here. After extensive research to have an evaporator coil replaced including labor freon parts etc. D. McKeon was by far the most expensive of 5 different HVAC companies @ $2,500 to replace an evap coil. Thats minimum $700 more for the same work, and i have done my research(you would think returning customers would at least get some type of break).

I have used DMckeon for maintanence and tune ups and they do decent work, but good grief thats pricey as heck, and other HVAC companies thought so as well. Anyway, do your research as i did and am able to purchase the coil for about $600 and will have it installed by an old Army buddy I served with in the middle east, an HVAC tech, for free. Should not cost that much. DO YOUR RESEARCH AND GET LOTS OF QUOTES!

This was the second year that we used D. McKeon to do routine maintenance on our HVAC system after the last contractor started doing a terrible job, costing me a good bit of money. I highly recommend D. McKeon, especially if you are served by Cobb EMC, as you can get a discounted service checkup every year. Ask for Preston to do your work. He is extremely professional and knowledgeable and will explain anything about your system in as little or as much detail as you'd like.

Very courteous and accommodating when scheduling appointments. Service is top notch, thorough and on time. Service provided by Preston is fantastic. No question is too basic as he takes the time to answer questions and point out options. We use them for annual furnace and air conditioning checks as well as ac repair about a year ago. Excellent and I'm sure you'll be happy if you go with them.

After a horrible experience with Reliable Heating and Air (which left us without air conditioning for 5 days during 90° weather) we called D McKeon and had a new unit in less than 24 hours. The customer service provided by Crystal was helpful, calming and knowledgable. Kevin and Bob were amazing in getting the new unit installed right away. Pricing was also a noticeable amount lower than Reliable and we weren't pressured into replacing a working furnace. It's been about a month since our new unit was installed and I'm still so grateful for the care they provided. We are now lifetime customers of McKeon.

Home built in 2000 equipped with three HVAC systems. McKeon replaced one system in 2017 and second this past week. These new Bryant systems are amazingly quiet and instantly improved air quality and freshness. Smart Thermostat automatically controls variable fan speeds, senses and controls humidity to desired levels, displays outside temperature, weather forecasts, can be operated remotely by App, etc.

Sales and installation are a breeze, workers clean cut, courteous and work efficiently. Clean up leaves home tip top. They offer contract and visit twice each year to inspect, service and replace filters. I want the best for my home and thus far McKeon has met or exceeded my expectations delivering exceptional service and first class state of the art equipment. I'm pleased to give them a well deserved 5 Star review.
