Founded in 1994 by Tony Meadows, Meadows Heating and Air began with a simple philosophy. The goal was to provide the very best in customer service while also providing quality work. Maintaining this philosophy over the years, the company has continued to grow. In 2016, Joey McWhorter purchased the business and continues to build on the core values established by Tony.

10 out of 10 recommend Meadow's for new HVAC install. With it being so hard right now to get sub-contractors to show up on time or at all, these guys answered the phone anytime I called, gave me quick responses, and showed up when they said they would without multiple reschedules. Not to mention their prices where very reasonable and competitive. Thanks Meadows!

Using Meadows Heating & Air for a replacement unit is as good as it gets. After realizing our old unit was no longer working, we received quotes from multiple local companies. Meadows was the first to come out the very next day. Not only were they prompt, The gave the lowest quote by quite a bit! Not to mention they were the extremely flexible with scheduling and I cannot praise them enough on their customer service. I have not needed any services on my other unit so far, but I assure you if I do I will not use anyone else.

I took advantage of their annual maintenance program and it is worth it's weight in gold. Not only is Joseph amazing to work with but so are all the technicians that have came to my house. I would recommend Meadows HVAC to anyone. What a great company with amazing response time. My AC went out a few weeks ago in the evening and they had someone coming out the next morning on a weekend. Until I realized my breaker tripped lol. Can't say enough good about these folks.

My husband called them and they came out quickly. However, we were told it was a "simple fix, " and were charged for the service repair, which was fine. The thermostat was 80 when he left at 2 pm and we were told to give it a few hours. We called back at 430 and the lady was rude, told us we didn't wait long enough and to call back after hours if it didn't cool off.
At this point the thermostat was reading 85. This was our upstairs unit, so it wasn't as though we had no air conditioning in the house. When we went to bed, it was 90 upstairs. My husband went into the attic and removed the filter, checked some wires and got the air to work again. In a matter of an hour, the temp was down to 75. The lady was so rude when we called that we won't be using Meadows again. I wonder if they were trying to get more money out of us for an after hours call?

Had an issue with my AC Unit and blower not working. I had to work, so my wife and daughter were home when the tech showed up. My wife said he was as courteous and pleasant as he could be. Turned out to be a simple fix. She said she was very impressed - knowing that she didn't know anything about HVAC systems, they didn't try to upsell her on anything and the total charge was less than $150 for the service call, parts, and labor. She was very impressed and we're so glad we support local companies when they provide service like this. Thank you Meadows!

We've hired Meadows Heating & Air to replace and repair a couple of HVAC systems. We are always very pleased with their service and the work they do. The personnel are wonderful. from the friendly, helpful office staff to the punctual, professional, knowledgeable technicians. I love supporting local businesses and you can really tell the owners at Mesdows take pride in their business from start to finish. I would definitely recommend Meadows Heating & Air to family and friends.

I do not give reviews often but with this company I just had to. My A/C went out a few days ago and after a few sleepless nights we decided it was time to call in the experts. I was worried to say the least because I did not know what was wrong. My wife called and spoke with the owner Joey and he was so helpful and made my wife feel at ease. He was not pushy or rude and took the time to listen to my wife.
He had a technician scheduled to come out the next day. Today the technician Matt came out and was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was able to find the problem and fix it. My wife just let me know the house is cold again. The price was very very reasonable and the customer service was exceptional. I will make Meadow's Heating and Air my only call if we ever has HVAC problems. I highly recommend you give Joey and the team at Meadow's Heating and Air a call if you ever need service you will not regret it.

I definitely recommend you call Meadows if you have heating/cooling problems. Everyone I worked with was friendly and helpful. I called to make an appointment to have my A/C unit serviced and they were here that afternoon. The tech arrived on time and was professional and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what the problem was and what was needed to fix it. He even gave me some tips that I could do on my own to help the unit cool the house better. Couldn't ask for better service!
