Weaver Heating & Air COND

We are so thankful for Weaver and especially Jonathan! We called around noon on Wednesday because our AC was not working on the hottest day of the year. Jonathan showed up in less then 2hrs! Quickly diagnosed the issue and replaced 3 parts. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and quick! Unfortunately a day later, something else caused it to stop working properly.

We called the office this afternoon and explained our situation. Jonathan was back out within an hour and quickly diagnosed once again what happen and quickly resolved the issue. We are going on 6hrs of cold air! Very impressed with the service we received! Will be using Weaver when it is finally time to replace the AC in the near future!

Thank you weaver heating and air for same day service. With temps getting in the triple digits definitely need the air conditioner working. After calling around noon yesterday you were there by three and my air conditioner was fixed and is running great!

They were very fair and did and excellent job! The only issue I had was NOT wearing shoe covers on my new carpets That should be a automatic courtesy!

We had Weaver install our HVAC in our new home two years ago. And we have had them do our maintenance over the past two years. We have had only excellent service from the technicians who have serviced us. This month we had Jonathan and he was very professional and very knowledgeable. If the rating was just for the technicians the rating would have been a five. However, this year our cost for the maintenance agreement was higher than last year so we had questions.

We were told we needed to speak with Jessie, one of the owners. Jonathan called the office and we spoke with Jessie. She is probably one of the most unprofessional people we have ever dealt with. Instead of trying to explain our questions she proceeded to tell us that Weaver never wanted to do our house in the first place, that her fuel cost was x amount each month and she couldn't be giving away free things.

Then proceeded to say she could recommend another HVAC company in our area. Our initial question was regarding the filter cost. When building our home we were not given a choice on who to use - the builder made this choice. Needless to say we won't be doing business with Weaver all because of Jessie and her unprofessionalism.

The technicians at Weaver are very knowledgeable and professional. The office staff is very friendly. We have had a great experience with this company until this last maintenance. We had a misunderstanding with the billing and had to speak with one of the owners, Jessie Weaver. Jessie was very unprofessional in her handling of this situation. A course on conflict resolution might be needed for this owner. Unfortunately, after our maintenance contract expires we will not be using this company again due to Jessie's unprofessional behavior.

When I called, Kim was delightful and very helpful (although she couldn't offer a discount for knowing the owner , but at least she asked!). Our technician Jonathan was prompt, professional and friendly. We have used a couple of HVAC providers over the years but hope we've found the best. Off to a great start!

Had Weaver to come and perform a full duct cleaning on my system. They also installed a GPS system to help and sanitize the air in my home. The crew was very professional and on time. Having purchased a long-time rental, I wanted to verify gas heat system was in safe working order and Weaver was recommended by friends. Glad I called them. Earl was prompt and performed an in-depth service examination, cleaning and walking me thru safety features of my system as well as recommending carbon monoxide detector and best place to install. He was very knowledgeable, professional and respectful. I highly recommend Weaver Heating & A/C.
