I've had Krupa for just about 20 years and always received good and prompt service. Recently I had problems with my a/c unit, right when I needed it most, this past heat wave. It was a crazy situation with this A/C unit. Chris and Jeff we're involved in trying to figure out the problem. Jeff was here several times, prompt, professional above and beyond service and did not give up until the problem was found so I had A/C for the heat spell. My wife and I cannot thank you guys enough for your help. We are delighted to have made this decision to have Krupa Oil be the provider.

Our AC crashed on Wednesday evening as a result of several close lightening strikes. I called Krupa Thursday morning and they were able to dispatch technicians within 3 hours of my call. In less than an hour they diagnosed the problem and had the system up running with a temporary fix and told me what I needed to make permanent repairs. The Nest thermostat back plate was evidently damaged by a voltage surge of some sort, and a new unit fixed the problem.

We have had the very best service from them since they opened 71 years ago. Krupa removed our underground tank, put in new tank and boiler, installed whole house air-conditioning and serviced everything during that time. We have had few, if any, problems because of that regular, professional maintenance. We are lucky to have them here.

We've only ordered oil from them (never and system installs) but they have always provided us fast friendly service. There were several times when we were starting out we ran out of oil and their drivers helped get the furnace going. 9/10 they deliver to us same day. We have been using them for 6 years and I have no complaints.

Krupa replace a hot water heater last year and did a meticulous job. We carefully chose them because of recommendations and very competitive pricing. Yesterday Krupa repaired a malfunctioning central air conditioning unit; again, the service was excellent. If the phone is busy when we call, we leave a message which is returned promptly.

Krupa oil is the worst company you can do business with. They don't honor their service contacts that you pay for and they blame all the issues on owner of home even though they did work on it for years. They also like rewiring the controls of the boiler without owners permission and knowledge. And they do all this just so they can pressure you into buying a new boiler.

Had a new Boiler installed last week by Chris. An inspection was competed & he was really impressed. Green Bank representative said Krupa Oil did a beautiful job, great workmanship & state of the art products. He asked me how many quotes I received & I said 3. Krupa Oil was the most responsive & easy to work with. They replaced a 68 year old monster boiler in 1 day, in the rain. Highly recommend!

These jokers "mistakenly" delivered over 200 gallons of oil in the middle of summer. One of our tanks was weeping and was scheduled for removal but not full of oil. With major renovations underway we did not want to sit on over $500 of overpriced oil the rest of the summer either. Long story short, Krupa initially just said "tough caca", to which we replied "please come get your oil", which they did.
As a token of their esteem the crew snapped the 4 legs off my 2nd tank and absconded with my fill pipe. We were getting bids to convert to LP & natural gas at the time as well as a new oil fired furnace, sufficient justification to vandalize our home according to the service manager. The irony is that the 2nd tank wasn't leaking at all we later discovered, it was the primary tank, the tank that was vandalized was the good one.!

I've been with Krupa for at least 10 years now and they've been great. I usually sign up for a contract every summer and have my boiler tune up in the fall. The two times I had an issue in the night they came out right away and got the boiler going again. Also, Jim helped me through a hard time when I lost my job. Thanks so much Krupa

WARNING.WARNING.WARNINGS. Stay away warning this company will charge you extreme prices when you're not on a contract they will promise you servicing the boiler and not show up and say we never promised that this is a business owner in town and I've been a long-term client of this company since the new owner this company went downhill stay away.

We just had a new oil tank and line installed in January by Krupa Oil and since then the motor has gone air bound 5 times. The first time it was the valve wasn't opened all the way on the tank, the next the line wasn't bled down enough.etc. Finally talked to Tom there and agreed on the phone that it was time to upgrade to a 1/2" supply line since it split at the hot water heater and the demand from one may cause the burner to lack supply causing some air issues.
So they came out to do the "warranty" work and apparently there is a leak in the fitting they installed back in January. So the fitting now is claimed under warranty work but not replacing the new line. No one calls me to tell me this, just sends me a bill and gives me the same explanation on the phone. So now my new tank and second tank line have cost over $2,000 and at this point I am done using Krupa for anything.
It is sad because I even spent a couple hours talking to Lionel at the house about how I like to support local business and even got a quote to upgrade the heating and cooling system before the winter because we plan on growing our family. To lose heat 5 times though with a 2 year old in the house due to constant installation faults is unacceptable.
