On one of the hottest days of the summer our ac went out. It was a Wednesday and I was sure when I called it would be sometime the next week at best to get someone out to fix it. I was surprised they said they would come the next day. Our ac was repaired that very day for a fair price! We will continue to use this company for all our hvac needs.

6/24/22 Yes, repair quality is good. Parts are absurdly overpriced. Labor rate is $105 per hour in addition to service call $98.50. Service tech that visits home: "Do not set prices." Chris Hughes- Operations manager "All sales are final." Refused to address part price. No partial credit is given against service call fee, when customer moves forward with repair. No warranty offered on repair.

As always, Bailey was great- service the way it should be done. Office staff was courteous and responsive, and scheduled same day service. The technician was prompt, professional and informative. The service technician Andrew was awesome. He called in advance to get permission to come early and thus allowing him to arrive 15 minutes before his scheduled time. He is very polite, professional, clean, honest, and thorough. Would I like to have him back? You bet! I highly recommend Bailey's HVAC for any need you might have. They were recommended to me by my neighbor and I am very happy that I took my neighbors advice. One more thing, the lady in the office whose name I do not remember, she is a real asset to the Bailey team and does a fantastic job keeping all the technicians in check.

The technician was very knowledgable about my unit and was very helpful over the phone. The replacement part was found and the appointment was set up immediately for the next day. The technician that showed up was prompt and very professional. I highly recommend Baileys heating and air for service. Very fair pricing and good service. Glad I called Baileys for service.

They were on time and very professional. Came out to my house the same day that I called. Technician explained how my system worked and what could be done to solve my issue.
