I called this morning at 10am and was told they would have a technician out this afternoon. They didn't show up by 6pm so I called the office. The office said they would have the technician call me. I didn't receive the call back until another 30 minutes later. Then I was told they can't schedule me until the morning. I explained that they were supposed to come out today and that if they don't come out we have to pay for a hotel for our renters So the guy was supposed to see if he could get someone out and call me back.
Never called. Now it's almost 8pm and I have to pay for our renters to stay in a hotel tonight because this company has terrible service and never showed up for our appointment.

The guys were very courteous and explained what they would be doing. They work away and go the job done - they explained the install and then ensured all rubbish had been removed. Left the install as if they had never been there - highly highly recommended. They installed a split system in two rooms running off 1 outside Trane unit - has been the finishing touches to additional space in our home Great neat pipe running in the garage so even that is well done Then the invoice appeared on line with ease as per the quote and was able to use the online payment process to pay what ease Seamless all-round HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND

We were extremely pleased with Lovingood Heating Company! They installed a new HVAC unit for us earlier this month. They were professional, knowledgeable, and reliable. Removing our old unit was very challenging due to its age, location, and difficulty getting under our home. Anthony & Joshua handled it wonderfully and spent extra time there to ensure it was installed perfectly and that we were satisfied. We highly recommend!
