This is an amazing company. They offer excellent customer service. They explain everything to you about the service they did.

This company is very competent, responded quickly, all personnel were courteous. The first visit by the company representative suggested a less expensive repair might be made than total replacement of the A/C system, but we also discussed the age of the unit. I asked an estimate be provided before I made my decision. I opted for total replacement.

Upon removal of the Evaporator/Ht. Ex. it was discovered the unit had indeed provided many, many years of service but definitely needed replacement as the bottom pan was severely corroded, failure was eminent. It may, or it may not have made it through the current summer. Good Company, Good People!

Northside just replaced a heat pump they installed 23 years ago. We have another, installed at the same time, that's still working. Carrier makes a great product and Northside has provided wonderful service and maintenance for us for the past 23 years. Northside installed new heating and air units at our home. Everyone we have dealt with or talked to has been kind, courteous and professional. The young men that installed our new unit were hard working, knowledgeable and well-mannered. We feel we we got a great new Carrier system and great service at a fair and reasonable price and were dealt with honestly and respectfully.

I called them first thing on a Monday morning and they had my AC back up and running before lunch. Everyone I spoke to on the phone was polite and helpful. Called Northside after our A/C went out and they were to our property within a few hours (Middleton told me the soonest they could come would be 3 days out). Chris fixed our issue within 30 mins, didn't try to upsell or push us to replace our unit despite it being old, and was very personable. I can't recommend them highly enough. They gave us such great service on some service calls for our rentals that we just hired them on 2 complete overhauls. The installs were completed in a very timely manner and the level of communication, detail and professionalism could not have been better. We will definitely be using them again in the future.

I called Northside late one day and they were able to get me an appointment the following day. We have used them several times and they are always great! The other major company in Benton is horrible! The other company installed our system and did a pathetic job. The person today from Northside called in advance and then arrived on time. I appreciate that! The technician did a lot of investigation and found the source of our heating problem and fixed it. I cannot say enough about this company! Keep up the good job!
