Our realtor suggested we use this place to ensure our HVAC unit worked correctly and they "went ahead" and repaired the unit. The "repairs " cost 430.00 now a year later we are finding out the "repairs" were fake and they HVAC system we are using was phased out 10 years ago and there is no way to repair this system. This place basically lied and took our money and didn't fix our system at all. Do not use this place, you have been warned.

Bob and Ed's ac service is the only place I will ever call again the technician was extremely professional and diagnosed the problem quickly and explained what he was fixing. Super patient guy with all my questions. Got the bill this week and was honestly expecting it to be triple what it was! Great service and a great price did not think that existed anymore for ac service. Highly recommend this company to anyone needing ac service.

The technician, Brian identified the issue with our system quickly and completed the repair in just over an hour; our AC was up and running with no further issues. My only piece of construction criticism is that Bob & Ed's add an online payment option - otherwise they provided great service and will be top of mind for any future repairs or maintenance.

I cannot say enough good things about this business. From Lisa, who schedules, to Bryan, the service tech, they couldn't have been more helpful, professional, on time etc. Lisa got us on the schedule in short order and followed through with us; Bryan made it through the snowmagddon and went out of his way to help us - two women who were clueless about gas, frozen toilets and more. Fast, honest, and know what to do to save your aged system, or install a new one. My system went from broken to fully functional within an hour. It was a simple fix, so keep that in mind, but that is still impressive considering that includes the phone call. Keep up the great work people. We appreciate all of you.

Very timely service. Technicians are super friendly and helpful. Very fair pricing. I switched to them after my other unnamed A/C company told me that I needed to buy a whole new system. I called Bob and Ed's off a recommendation for a second opinion. $150 later.my A/C was back up and running and I never called that other unnamed company again.

Brian is the best! Was using another service and after 3 weeks they still hadn't got my AC going. Finally they said they needed ANOTHER $2200 to get it going. I called Bob & Eds and within 2 days Brian had it going and for only $200. Brian was friendly, honest and an absolute expert. Thank you so much guys!

We thought about switching to a different company; one that advertises on tv, but "if it ain't broke why fix it?" We have used their services since 2003. This company has maintained our heating & air units ever since. They are respectful of your time, home & money. We have never felt overcharged or worried about the effectiveness of their work. They promptly meet with you on an agreed upon time. They get in, get it done & they are out

After searching Yelp, I looked on Nextdoor and found 13 five star reviews for Bob and Ed's. That was enough for me. Technician Matt came out the day I called. He was fast, professional, and nice. Mostly, he got the job done quickly, did not find any dire problem in the unit, did NOT even try to sell me on a "service contract." I'm not used to such honest, competent treatment, which sadly is hard to find in Little Rock. When it comes time for a new unit, I'll be calling Bob and Ed's.
