Store is good the guy's in the parts department needs some work one is very rude and couldn't care less about anything

You absolutely cannot beat this hardware store. If they don't have it they will get it. They already have an enormous variety of tools and hardware goods.

Stopped on Saturday, May 14, 2022 at 10 o'clock in the morning, they weren't busy. I went directly in to buy a 6 ft. metal framed two wheeled wheelbarrow for $119.99 which I thought was a good price. They did not have any assembled, so they said they would assemble it for free which I agreed. I waited for 45 minutes while 2-3 people knobbed around assembling one to which they weren't halfway through when I left. Promptly went to the Tractor Supply and immediately was able to get a 8 ft. metal framed 2 wheel wheelbarrow for the same price.

I just bought my weedeater from here. I've shopped here for years because it's local people and I want to support our local businesses vs chains. I've gotten multiple pieces of equipment, mowers, chainsaws, trimmers etc. Today was the last time I'll ever purchase anything from there. Today I bought a brand new FS91R Stihl trimmer. I purchased the 6pk of oil to extend the warranty to 4 years. Billy told me they would fill the tank up with fuel (like they've ALWAYS done for any piece I buy) and even give me a military discount up front.

I thought that was great. The boy comes and gets the trimmer while I pay and brings it back. As I'm paying they stated that they would not give a military discount on "parts or equipment". Fair enough, I'm not one to use it anyways, they just simply knew I was in the military and was going to. They did not. Secondly, when the boy brought back the trimmer it did not have a full tank of fuel, only about 2oz.

I took it back to the shop out back and asked if they'd go ahead and fill it up for me like they said they were going to do. The man said "no we won't. We put enough in it so you could see it started". Pretty aggravating since that the second lie they told. I get home and start getting ready to use the trimmer. THANKFULLY I checked the fuel that was in it before I let it warm up.

It was REGULAR gas NOT mixed! I included a photo so everyone can see. They've gotten the last of my business and I hope this will help you. The second photo is of gas mixed with the oil I bought (Stihl synthetic) in the gas tank, while the "bubble" is clearly filled with straight gasoline, of which they put in it when they gave it to me to take home.

Kenny queen lawn mower repair is a joke. Took my new mower thete to get it fixed because when you hit bumps it tries to shut off. Remind you My mower is under a five-year warrenty. They charged me 85 dollars said they fixed it buy cleaning the carb and putting new filters in it. It still cuts off when you hit bumps. So no they did not fix it. They keep trying to tell me its dirty gas. It's funny because it's a brand new gas can and gas from the pump. Not to mention it's a new lawn mower

Very bad service lawn mower shop is sheisty they don't do the work properly they charge way too much for stuff that isn't even wrong wouldn't even taken in there for that reason then charge you extremely amounts of money for nothing

They will special order any lawn mower parts for me. Which is convenient! I ordered my tin roof supplies here as well and the quality was awesome! Everyone is so kind! Especially the store kitty! :

Very nice staff. And friendly store cat. Kit Kat is very nice. She makes it a nice visit. I always make a point to find her and pet her. Staff is very knowledgeable. And if they are not sure. They get someone who can. I enjoy my visits.
