We had Briggs install a ductless system in our house last winter. Briggs is by far one of the best out there. Mike addressed all of our concerns during the initial walk through, and installed a system that would keep us cool in the summer, as well as warm in the winter. I highly recommend Briggs for all your HVAC needs. The system is by far more efficient than any window or portable AC system.

We recently replaced our central air system. We had a great experience with Chris, the sales agent. He was very professional and helpful in answering all of our questions. I initially chose Briggs because of their excellent reviews and long standing reputation in the community. Then they actually "answered the phone" every time I called. They kept the initial appointment and sent the quote in a timely manner. The price was reasonable for the service they were going to provide. The day of the install they arrived on time, wore masks to keep me safe, covered my floor, etc. Corey was so knowledgeable, professional, and answered all of my questions without hesitation. They provided high quality workmanship. I would highly recommend Briggs and will also be using them for all of my heating needs as well.

Overall excellent experience with Briggs, from introduction to post-installation walk through. We had a full system removal and install of central air and furnace. Chris the sales rep knows the business, and right sizes the system to what you need, not what they need to sell. Very trustworthy company with honest pricing and recommendations. The system installers were also puncrual, clean, and presented a nice finished product, including finishing the look of our outside AC unit with garden stone. It looks excellent. Overall fantastic experience from beginning to end, and within a reasonable price for the high quality brands they offer.

Briggs installed new air conditioning unit and ducts/vents. Chris & Jamie answered any questions I had and informed me of the placement of vents before they installed them. I needed a new HVAC system. fast. It took several weeks of negotiating with the (then) owner of my home to get it done, by which time it was late October. Briggs was able to schedule me for 3 days later which was more than fine given that temperatures were still warm. (I'm sure if there had been a possibility of freezing temperatures they would have figured out a way to do it immediately.) The system was installed, and the old system removed, in less than a day and the utility area of the basement was neater and cleaner than it had been before they started.

While doing the initial inspection to determine the requirements of the new system, the technician mentioned that the water heater was well past it's "best by" date and would likely give out soon. Because of the issues just getting the heating system fixed, I was not going back to the (then) owner about the water heater. Two months later I finally closed on the (toasty warm) property.

And two months after that, this past weekend, the water heater died. Luckily this was not a spectacular failure with thousands of gallons of water everywhere. I called Briggs first thing yesterday (Monday) morning and. the new water heater was installed this morning. Less than 24 hours after I made the call. During my purchase of this property I have been lucky enough to work with some fantastic companies who took very good care of me. Briggs Mechanical is at the top of that list. I highly recommend Briggs and, assuming I live until the systems' end of service, will have Briggs replace the HVAC and water heater.

We have used Briggs Mechanical for all of our HVAC needs for over 20 years. They recently installed a new AC and Heating system. From the office staff, the point of sales consultation through the completion of the installation, all the team members have been top notch. We had a Mitsubishi ductless system installed in December. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. The sales rep, Chris, is very knowledgeable about the product and extremely honest. We had a great experience with Briggs Mechanical. They installed a new AC system and removed the old AC system. It was a challenging job as it was in the attic, but they did a great job, cleaned up all the areas before leaving and kept us posted every step of the way. They helped us with our Mass Save loan and helped us with the paperwork. They came a week after the install to make sure we were satisfied and if we had any questions. We used them based on reviews and I am glad we did. I would highly recommend them.
