We have had the worst time possible dealing with this company. We were signed up for a domain last year without receiving an invoice until this year. The sales consultant then acted like we couldn't read emails. Now that wasn't the main problem. We dealt with "Nicky" which I assume is Nicole. She behaved as if we were annoying her when she is the one who called us!
How could we read an invoice in an email we never recieved, only for HER to realise it was sent to the wrong email after multiple calls. No sorry there. THEY wrote the wrong email. As an IT professional myself, it felt more like I was giving her customer service by trying to passify her and her hostility. I would love to write something positive. But, no, nothing at all here.
I will be pushing all my clientele to Godaddy and the like. I'd rather they and I deal with a guy anywehere else in the world than here. They'd at least keep calm and not repeatedly ask "so do you want to use the same card or what?" without giving context, information or even an invoice on anything. Oh and btw, go through your testimonials page, most of those sites no longer exist. Might want to fix that

A big Thumbs up for John Marais and Nick Purdon from Baypoint Trading for OUTSTANDING SERVICE! I am a novice when it comes to Internet related marketing.
