Company Overview: Feller Heating is celebrating its 40th year of operation. Feller was started in 1979 as a sole proprietorship by Ed Feller (see our history for more info). Over the years it gained a reputation for quality and integrity and that reputation continues today, lead by our management team.
Contact Feller for applied financing fees before entering total amount to be financed. Added fees apply for all financed projects through Payzer or EnerBank. Charges will vary depending on loan choice. Customer will be responsible to pay all added finance fees associated with loan choice whether added into finance total or not.

Just stop you're search and go with Feller. Thes people are honest forthcoming and take the time to educate you, the customer. If you don't consult them you're making a big mistake. Services: A/C system maintenance, Heating system repair, HVAC system maintenance

Our furnace went out unexpectedly. We spoke with Steve at Feller late in the day and he had someone out to look at our furnace the next business day. The tech, Ron, was knowledgeable and efficient with a main priority of restoring our heat. Unfortunately that wasn't possible due to the age of our furnace. Phillip arrived as the tech was finishing up and quickly got us rolling on choosing a new furnace.

Our choices and estimates arrived within a couple of hours and we were able to choose quickly. Due to the cold weather, Phillip moved around some things in his schedule and was able to get the installation done the very next day! We were so impressed with the high level of knowledge, efficiency and care that we were given. In cold weather, when the heat is out and children are involved, it's an emergent issue and they treated it as such.

So grateful for the entire Feller team! We would definitely recommend them for all of your heating and air conditioning needs! We will absolutely be giving them our business in the future.

Arrived on time and respected the current guidelines set in place (mask etc). The assessment was exactly how you'd want it to be, he went right to the furnace and started doing his thing. Our furnace ended up needing a new gas valve. This review is based off service done (assessment) We will update after we move forward

We recently had Feller replace our old forced air system with a brand new 98% efficient gas furnace and all new insulated ducting. From start to finish they were easy to deal with and communicated very well. They definitely had my trust throughout the entire process. Lastly, all of their installers were so friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.

Feller installed a A/C Heating for our dental office in Blaine and did an amazing job! The doctor and the staff were extremely happy with the quick turnaround. The sales rep from Feller called us back right away to give us a quote which was very competitive and sent his crew to do the installation the next week. The installers were very professional and finished the job promptly. The unit has been working great and we are so glad that we picked Feller for such a big investment.

I am a contractor in Southern California. My parents had inquired about installing central air in their home. I did some research through daikin ( a manufacturer) they recommended Feller heating and air. specifically Phillip. I talked to him and scheduled an appointment for him to speak to my father. I gave him some specs on equipment I thought would work good.

We got a fair price (more then I thought it should be) but I am for contractors making profit especially when they are recommended. The work was completed however it took approx 3 times longer then they said and the crew had to come back several times for finishing touches after parts came in. Again I understand that and am not upset by it. However upon final inspection which was put back on my father there was some corrections in which feller said they are not responsible for.

The corrections are basic corrections any contractor I know would be responsible for and would take responsibility for. They asked my dad to sub contract the work out to someone else. The corrections are minor and it will probably be easy for my pops to get someone to take care of this at a fair nominal fee. The fact is the expectation was set that they would help complete the work and after being paid I feel they are not completing what is their responsibility.

The equipment they installed was a daikin heat pump with multiple zones, it's a mini split system. It works good and they seem to be talented at this portion of the work. Over all I'm fairly disappointed that I allowed my parents to be taken advantage of especially from an industry referral. Thanks Phillip.

We interviewed three companies and decided to go with Feller because we felt that 1) we were listened to from the beginning - our needs, both long term and short term were taken into consideration, 2) we were given ALL the options for consideration with clear and transparent communication about prices and what was or wasn't included in the cost quoted, 3) even when our install went a little sideways and we were up against a delay, Phillip took extra care to communicate timelines and next steps with us. He really went above and beyond. We are so glad that we chose Feller to work with. Thank you so much!

Feller Heating is top notch. They are highly professional, responsive and dedicated to getting the job done right. Because of their expertise, we were able to get off of natural gas and choose much more environmentally responsible option of an all electric heat pump and air conditioner that is 100% efficient. I'd highly recommend them for any job you are considering!

Service tech was friendly but did not follow up to fix my issue. I had an error code flashing light on my furnace so I called Feller. I informed the tech when he arrived what the code said the issue was according to Google. I realize that Google results might be wrong which is why I called Feller instead of doing the work myself. While he was looking at the furnace he asked me to flip the breaker on and off.

When he left he said he thinks it needs a motherboard. He told me someone would call with a quote for that part and he'd be back to fix it. I was sceptical that that was the issue but I awaited their call. No one called and when I received a bill it said that the tech noted "the furnace was working when the tech arrived, found error code 33, he turned it off and on again and and the unit started and runs correctly".

It does not run correctly if you found an error code and didn't follow up to fix the issue. Losing faith in this service industry I fixed the issue myself because it was in the middle of December. Feller tried to collect $106.53 from me for this short visit that did not resolve my problem. I have since paid another company in town to check the furnace and perform regular maintenance. They told me I did the right fix according to Google and a motherboard was not necessary.

Had to call Feller on the weekend because of an inoperable heating system. Tech said all was running and fine. Paid him $350,d idn't mind because it was Sunday and fixed the problem. Before he left, fire was coming out of the fresh air intake pipe. He shut it off and told us to call the office in the morning and they would refund at least one half of our charge because he was unable to fix the heater. Next day we called and got a run around, no refund at all. Suggest that you wait to pay them until you know it's going to work.

Great experience and very happy with my new Daiken system. Install was very smooth and the units work great and output nice heat. Can't wait to see how the air conditioning works in a few months!

My radiator was leaking for days and I couldn't get anyone from Barron Heating (my existing service provider) to come out and fix it after at least 5 phone calls. Favinger Plumbing suggested I call Feller Heating and they sent someone out within hours. It was clearly an emergency situation so Feller rescheduled a job to handle our leak. Within hours the leak was fixed. I am now shifting my business (3 rental properties) to Feller Heating. Thanks so much for being there for us!

The highly coveted and much esteemed grant of 5 heavenly orbs goes without question or hesitation this day to the good good folk over at Feller Heating, where promptness and professionalism clearly and repeatedly rule the proverbial PNW roost! As a newbie transplant to the City Of Subdued Excitement, not to mention the Pacific Northwest in general, I found myself immediately afflicted with a myriad of queries and quandaries regarding my heating / cooling system, most especially when, during a recent snap of record low temps, an unsettling growl began to emanate from our outside compressor fan.

A quick call to Feller produced a young and most able 'Matt' at my doorstep, whose respectfulness and attention to detail instantly won me over. Turns out much of the issue, to my delight, was covered under the manufacturer's warranty, cutting the initial estimate in half, and causing my wallet to leap with joy! Hats off to Matt and ALL the wonderful staff at Feller, not merely for your prompt and attentive courtesy, but for keeping this newly transplanted B-Ham'r that much more in the green as a result!

Had a new mini-split heat pump installed by Feller. There was a problem with the main unit, but they found it and fixed it same day. Great products, great employees. Highly recommended. (if you're interested in a mini-split, they're fantastic--best decision I've made in a long time).

We have used Feller before and for this trip they get 5 stars for promptness of service. During a few days of freezing weather the pilot light would not stay lit in a rental house gas fireplace which is the only heat source. We did troubleshoot the best we could but to no avail. Called Feller in the morning and the service man arrived about 2:00 pm and fixed it. Thank you!

These guys came through for me. I was selling my house and needed someone to come service my furnace on a very short notice. They made it happen faster than any other company could in bellingham and I actually did try calling every company. The dude was on time, very respectful, and friendly. Worst company to ever work with! DO NOT USE THESE GUYS! They will tell you the situation is one way then after charging your credit card change it all around & say its going to be 4wks. Horrible customer service. You will surely be disappointed!
