Trane recommendthis installer. I bought a new heat pumpfrom trane, for $19000. Goldkamp took 4 weeks, from day they removed my old a/c. To the day, my new heatpump xv20 finaly started runningbas designed. Trane customer manager constantly lied to me! And installer did not know hownto make my system run. After 4 weeks, after also several complaints, owners sun was pissed because, i wrote a bad "but true" review about Goldkamp. Now 2 years later, placa servicecall, goldkamp never ever answered! Do not let goldkamp install a new system. Go to HoffmanBrothers. They know, what they do.

I completely trust everyone at Goldkamp Heating and Cooling. They are a family-owned business, which I respect and appreciate. They do excellent work and provide first class customer service. I have been dealing with them for many, many years and have never had an issue. I recommend them highly, without reservation, and could not be more sincere.

Diego was our technician. He was on time, professional, personable, and knowledgeable. Upon explaining the problems we were having, he went straight to our furnace and got to work. It was exactly what he thought was wrong. He got the part replaced. He also thoroughly explained what happened to cause the problem. And he stuck around monitoring the unit to make sure it was completely fixed.

He answered every question I had and also had good recommendations to optimally use the system. I can't say enough good things about him and the company as a whole. Thank you Diego and thank you Goldkamp!

Goldkamp was 1 of 3 prices I received. Initially their number seemed high but they included several items (new return drop, new refrigerant lines, new pad) that their competition didn't. After researching I agreed Goldkamp quote was what I needed and was competitive with the best warranty. On startup the furnace was too loud. Turns out it was a new model and Trane documentation was poor.

While it took a couple visits by Goldkamp to get the unit running correctly I couldn't be more pleased. Matt Goldkamp came out personally and made sure the system was operating at the optimum point for my house and I was satisfied that I got a great installation. This is a company that is going to be sure you are happy. I highly recommend.

The service we received was amazing! Matt who is the owner of the company came out personally within 12 hours of our call to get our AC working again! This was on a 98° day as well which I'm sure caused many more emergency calls like ours. I cannot express how happy and satisfied we were with the service he and his team gave us! I am currently undergoing a full basement remodel and I hired Goldkampf for a full HVAC system replacement. Furnace, AC, humidifier, etc as well as adding in ductwork for the new remodeled space and bathroom exhaust. Every part of my experience was easy and enjoyable. From the initial and continuous contact with the administrative staff, to the designer/bidder, to the installers.

The installation crew handled themselves very well while they were in my house over the course of the project. I had bid out the work to a few different companies and Goldkamp was competitive with the pricing and I decided to go with them because of word of mouth and they are local to me in North County area. Glad I made that choice, and will continue to look to Goldkamp for maintenance/repairs.

I was very pleased with the professionalism from the moment the estimator (Kevin) walked through my door. The price was well within my budget and there were no pressure tactics to sell me the most expensive unit/equipment in stock. Everyone was thorough, professional and very easy to communicate what I needed in a new system. The office staff (Kori) was friendly and efficient. The installation guys (Mike/Josh) were very helpful in explaining my new system. I give Goldkamp an A++.

Renting a property and the property Management couldn't get someone to make a visit for an entire day. I called Goldkamp mid afternoon and they dispatched someone within 20 minutes. Incredible customer service from the office to the technician that came out. The technician took the time to explain the issue as well as just generally how the system works which was great because I had no familiarity with it at all.

Unfortunately the way my property management works, they have to contract out to certain vendors so I wasn't able to give my business to them other than the technician call, they understood and still gave me a call to check up on everything the next day. Wish I could give them my business. Overall 5 star company and there's no doubt why they have 5 stars on here with so many reviews. Would highly recommend them to anyone in the area.

This company is superior to all HVAC! They were so informative, took the time to explain everything and were the most reasonable price quote for our budget. Goldkamp has given us excellent service for more than 9 years. Goldkamp installed our furnace and a/c. We will continue to use them yearly for the cleaning of our a/c and furnace. This year we had a UV light installed to our furnace to kill bacteria and germs in the atmosphere. It has improved the air quality in our home. Yes, we are very pleased with the Goldkamp Company.

I have used Goldkamp Heating and Cooling for a few years for my maintenance contract. I called Josh this spring for a bid, knowing my system was getting older and wanted to replace in the fall. I got the bid and they came out in October to replace heating and a/c. Dean and Logan did a great job replacing the unit and explaining the system to me. I had the county out for final inspection and they asked who installed.

I told them Goldkamp, he said they one of the best and do a great job on installation. He showed me things they do that others don't. I'm very happy with my new units and thankful for the Goldkamp Team!

This is one of those almost a year later reviews. I appreciate reading reviews like what I'm about to write, because it is confirmation that the work done & the product installed have already stood the test of time. In May of 2020 I was shopping for a completely new heating & AC system. I had already researched the manufacturer I wanted & needed to find a company that carried the brand.

I found out Goldkamp did & contacted them & ended up working with the most professional & courteous man, Kevin Kelly. He immediately sent the proposal for the job to my email within minutes. I wanted a Goodman system that had high ratings & is made in Texas ( yes, made in the US!). The job was scheduled quickly & they assured us they would follow all COVID protocols, which they did.

When the St. Louis County inspector came after the installation, he said it was one of the best installations he'd seen. I can't say enough (actually I have ) about what a quality business Goldkamp is. You will not find any company in the St. Louis Metro area that matches their cost, workmanship & professionalism. Goldkamp was amazing with us. Not only did they give us the best estimate after sending a few photos but this is during all of the covide 19 stuff so we started with photos and then I asked if someone would come out to my house to look at everything. When he came to look at it and I said I was hoping to sell the house soon he gave me an honest opinion of sticking with my old ac/furnace until the new owners ask for it.

If you want someone who will give you the best price but also an honest evaluation of what will match your specific needs this is the company to go with! Couldn't be happier and I will use them in our new home as well!

Just got my whole HVAC System cleaned out. Man was it's filthy. Just got a home and was looking for a company I could go with; many wouldn't return my calls but I ended up finding GoldKamps company log in the basement. Sent them a message on yelp and they got right back to me. Set up a appointment and Jamie came out to do the service. Not only am I satisfied with the cleaning I'm satisfied with having a good person come over and show me the ins and out. Jamie was super personable and knowledgeable.

We talked some before he got into the service and shared some good laughs and times. He explained to me what he would be doing and even showed me what it looked like inside. It hadn't been done since 2015 which I bet would change the price for most company's but they quoted me a reasonable price and stuck with it. He showed me exactly how dirty it was and I mean it was wrapped around bundle after bundle of animal hair and other things.

The filter was fiiiiiilthy. He also cleaned up around the area he worked on, hooked me up with a clamp to help my AC drain flow to the drain smoothly without it spraying out water or flooding my whole basement. Gave me some recommendations as far as filters and some tips on fixing a few other things around the house that I greatly appreciated. He went waaaaaay above and beyond the call of duty to ensure I was happy with the service he provided.

All in all I will for sure recommend this company. When I told him I didn't have cash he just told me to call in and make the payment but wasn't pushy; he kind of just said it in a get to it when you can kinda way which actually got me right on the phone. Even as he was leaving I was trying to show him the receipt he was like no worries.

And the lady I spoke with was very easy going and took my payment over the phone and got me a receipt fast. If your in the STL makes no sense to go with any other company in my honest opinion. They get the job done fast, efficiently and affectively, thanks Jamie. Your a solid dude and thank you GoldKamp for the fast reliable service. "IT'S HOT! IT'S HOT! IT'S HOT!" That's what I was yelling when I came home to a failing AC system during a St. Louis heat wave in July. Hot was an understatement. It was like I was living in a broiler. I had a 20 year old Trane system, R22 refrigerant and propane heat. It it's heyday it was a heck of a system, but it's day had passed.

I was put in contact with Goldkamp through Home Adviser. They came out quickly, which was great since it was over 90 degrees in my house. I decided to go with a total replacement AC and furnace. I was quoted a very reasonable price for a 16 Seer highly efficient unit. They had 0% APR financing if you qualify. Even better! The install was seamless.

It took only 5 hours to go from start to finish. That's with new lines, new WIFI thermostat, new AC and heat, new housing and more! They made short work of my long time problems. The house has been 72 degrees since then, and the power consumption has been lower than I even imagined. I would highly recommend Goldkamp to anyone in the Greater St. Louis Area, they were honest, affordable and professional.

They also have a 5 year labor warranty to go along with the 10 year parts warranty. That's another perk to dealing with such a reputable company. I couldn't ask for a better experience. Now it's time to enjoy my new found summer relief.

Friendly, helpful & professional employees from sales personel, to installers, an office workers. I had a Trane furnace, A/C, & Aprilaire humidifier installed. Employees came on time, worked hard and cleaned up afterwards. There was a small challenge with the chimney liner which was overcome on an extra visit and a gift of cookies. I really like the fact that the business an their employees have not given up on our North County neighborhood, like so many businesses have. Thank you Goldkamp Heating & Cooling. I highly recommend this company. They are well presented, well spoken, trustworthy and friendly people. I called this morning for service to my furnace and even with a busy schedule, Jeremy arrived at my home within a few hours. He surveyed my heating situation and gave me a variety of options that worked for me. Kevin also came to take measurements and give me reasonable financing options at 0% which is great! No high pressure sales pitches, just real solutions for real issues. I will definitely call them again for all my heating and cooling needs and You should too!
