They installed a new condenser outside and new coils inside. They were very professional and got it done in a timely manner and didnt even charge all that much most other place's I called were like double what they were charging. Alan from Ricotta came and fixed my furnace on such short notice. I am so appreciative and thankful for the fast and professional work that they have done for me. Alan was super nice. In and out all within 30 minutes. I called around to several places to see about pricing because I'm on a budget and was happy to find Ricotta had the best price! Called to place a service call on my A/C and spoke with Allan. He was extremely friendly and walked me through a few things to troubleshoot before sending someone out. It was just a breaker issue. He went above and beyond to help and I'll definitely call them when and if I have another issue. Great customer service.
