First representative Travis S. was professional, thorough and empathetic to my needs. He helped me review my options and choose the best one for me. So grateful. The emergency air conditioner was delivered by an awesome individual that waded thru my stuff to get me set up and cool down the house. Then, the install team came and Kyle G. and Austin were on time, professional, friendly, and completed the install so timely.
I was informed all the information I needed to know and able to ask as many questions I had. They were great and I am so happy. My Mom always chose Jerry Kelly and now, so do I! Thanks folks! Job well done!

I'm not sure I can convey in words how amazing this experience was. Our furnace (A/C) basically blew up on a day that was 97 degrees and the entire week had been the same. I knew nothing about A/C companies so I called 3 that were not going to be able to come out until the next day. I called Jerry Kelly and someone was able to come out a couple hours later.
It was determined that the motherboard had fried and the system needed to be replaced. Not only were they able to replace the unit the next day, until then, they had a window A/C unit delivered and installed so we could at least stay in our home over night. The installers showed up the next day timely, and were polite and got straight to work. The replacement only took about 2.5 hours.
They installed a new energy efficient thermostat and walked us through how to use the new one. We got an entire box of filters and they secured the condensation piping to the drain lid (minor but we thought it was just another bonus item that I'm not sure they HAD to do). They cleaned up like a cleaning crew would and so on and so on! So few times have I ever written a review online, but this 100% deserved it!

We scheduled the appointment at 9:00pm the night before for a 12-4 time slot. At 11:45 Heath called and confirmed the address and the details of the problem. He promptly arrived with mask and foot coverings on. He diagnosed the air filter restricting flow as well as a coolest deficiency. He explained the various options and let us determine e the best resolution.
One hour later our cooking issue was resolved. Basically great service in a timely professional manner. I really appreciate the company investing in the program allowing to schedule appointments during non working hours.

Our AC went out on a record heat day in May (figures, right!). We called Jerry Kelly (St Peters), spoke with Kristy who took our info down & quickly dispatched Heath to our house. We even received texts & emails from Jerry Kelly with the name & a photo of the serviceman prior to his arrival. Heath was awesome - very professional & diagnosed the problem quickly.
He explained everything that he was doing and I knew a general price range prior to him starting the work. He was very efficient & had our unit up & running in no time! This was the first time we used Jerry Kelly - we will definitely use them again in the future. And I highly recommend Heath!

We have used Jerry Kelly for many years now and have always received quality service. Their team members are professional and courteous. Our most recent technician, Zach H, arrived within our requested time, and was very conscientious for the safety of my kids as he moved about, always securing the gate to the stairs and the home doors. He was courteous and did the maintenance work well.
He also offered thoughtful insights into upcoming and recommended maintenance that may be required, but was not at all pushy. Thanks for another good experience with Jerry Kelly!

Another wonderful experience with Jerry Kelly! After speaking with Marc about our needs and pricing it out, they were able to send out installers the next day to install our new HVAC system. Derrick we knew from our water heater install (a terrific experience, as well). Ryan was new to us. Both were absolutely GREAT! They arrived on time, protected our carpet, and explained the process very well.
They were so pleasant to have in our house-- they kept their workplace very neat, they were friendly and respectful, and cleaned up thoroughly. I'm not surprised, like I said, because we've used Jerry Kelly before both for install and maintenance. But I'm always impressed with them. Highly recommended! No interest in using any other company!

We had a furnace tune up this morning. Justin R. was the tech and arrived before the four hour window because he was running ahead of schedule, which was nice. Justin recommended some additional things which we had him do and he explained everything up front. He was very professional and got the job done quickly and smoothly. Great service.

We have had multiple services with Jerry Kelly this week and we are very happy with the customer service we received. First, we had a technician, Korey, come to our house and check our furnace as part of our annual maintenance plan. In this inspection, he noticed we had a very serious issue with our furnace requiring the furnace to be turned off with an immediate replacement deemed necessary.
He immediately gave us multiple quotes for different systems and was very honest about which systems he would recommend for us. He did not try to steer us in the most expensive direction, but just ensured we were getting what was right for us. Korey assured us that, although Jerry Kelly's estimate may be slightly higher than competitors, the products and installs are high quality with Jerry Kelly.
In addition to Korey, we spoke with his manager (Scott?) that day, and he was able to get us a good deal to match a quote we received from a competitor, giving us multiple options depending on our wants. The best part about Korey and Scott's service was that they would be able to install our new furnace the next morning thanks to the product stock they have on-hand.
The next day, Alex J., Ryan S., and Aaron K. arrived on time to our house to install our new furnace. They were courteous and professional, ensuring that they were working efficiently and making sure they were not in my wife's way, as she works from home. Post-install, Alex went over the functionality of our equipment with us and ensured the workspace was left clean. Ales, Ryan, and Aaron did an excellent job and I would highly recommend their team for major HVAC repair/replacement.

Very disappointed about the visit I had yesterday. I called to schedule an appointment for maintenance. The advisor who arrived, Mark was very friendly and personable. Upon arrival he noticed that there was an issue with my system and a part needed to be replaced that is causing my heating unit to shut off and it gets extremely cold. Mind you, I moved in the home not to long ago as a single mom, first time home buyer and there is a HUGE sign on my system that gives details of my warranty.
I asked the tech was the part needed under warranty and he advised the warranty was not transferred upon me moving in my home and has since been voided. At that point I was livid and felt at what point was someone supposed to tell me this and this WAS NOT their first visit to my home! Definitely believe this company is deceitful and just about a dollar!
Very disappointed and was told, Well that's unfortunate!? Never informed of any process and feel swindled. Never again! Mind you my system is fairly new! UPDATE: Received a surprising call today about my visit yesterday. The office called today and states that they would honor my warranty and take care of the problem. They made me feel like my concerns were understood and apologized for the inconvenience and came out promptly to fix the issue. Steven was a wonderful representative and made sure everything was working properly before he left. Thanks to you guys, my son and I will sleep warm. Thank you for everything.

My whole experience was amazing. From the ease in which I scheduled it to getting a new unit installed was painless. Jerry A arrived early in my 4 hr window time-frame, and he was professional and informative and gave me all my options. The two technicians were able to come same day and arrived early as well in the given 4 hr window which was great! Alex and Kyle were awesome!
They were able to install my whole unit quicker than what I was quoted. They were efficient with the process and thorough in explaining what all they did. Definitely recommend Jerry Kelly for any of your heating and cooling needs!
