Luke was able to quickly diagnosis my outdoor faucet issues and prevent further leaks. One of the outdoor faucets will require a full replacement and he took the time to explain the necessary repairs. I have scheduled Carney back for this additional work! Also, Luke was able to thoroughly test my water pressure backup system for my sump pump. The unit was running intermittently and he was able to quickly determine where the float valve was sticking and resolved the issue during this visit. Great response, happy customer, great troubleshooting skills. Thanks!

Today's visit was set to conduct our spring tune-up of the AC system. As always, the very pleasant Carney office staff contacted us the morning of the scheduled service to let us know the anticipated arrival time of our technician. Keith L. arrived promptly at the reported time. Not only is Keith a true professional in his field, he is a very personable individual who, will respond to any questions concerning his maintenance activities, and I can be assured that any offered recommendations are true and accurate. Keith has maintained our HVAC systems over the past 10 years and we can only hope that he will continue to for years to come.

Doing business with Carney is great and I received a call in advance of the service rep arriving and the rep arrived shortly thereafter at the scheduled appointment time. The maintenance work was performed professionally, where my entire system was checked both inside and out. The rep kept the work area clean and provided me with a summary of his findings and documentation of the work performed. I have recommended Carney to several neighbors who also use Carney for their heating and AC needs and we all highly recommend them.

We experienced a leak in our downstairs toilet from the toilet above. One of our neighbors recommended Carney and they were able to come out the next day early am. Luke showed up early and got right to work, he examined the leak and toilet, and was able to give me a run down of what the problem could be. He started the work and was done within the hour.
Not only was he quick, knowledgeable, and on time, but he also cleaned up everything afterwards. He even shared pics of where the leak as happening and why. Great service and communication all around. Thanks Luke J.

I had an emergency on Jan 17 with a burst pipe in a faucet and Luke was able to get out within a few hours to repair. Luke was awesome and took the time to troubleshoot other areas that needed minor repairs and did it all efficiently and carefully. I then asked him to take time out of his busy schedule to give me a quote for future repairs I may need, which he did willingly and explained all to me. Thank you Carney and especially Luke for the great service. It is greatly appreciated.

Carney Plumbing has been a positive addition to our annual maintenance on our house. Since the installation our our Mitsubishi AC system, they have friendly, talented staff and great technicians to maintain our AC and today Ray Currie is no different. He Arrived early to ensure he was on time. He was very friendly and nice to work with. He quickly reviewed our machine, inside the house and outside too leaving no mess when entering or leaving our house which is tricky during the snowy weather. We installed a new heating system in early fall and called for a follow up to make sure it was functioning properly. Ray Currie, the tech who came did a great job of checking the heat pump and gas heating unit. He explained how the system was working as it should and put my wife at ease. Great job good people and good company.
