My "other plumber" who installed my electric hot water heater 1 yr ago refused to service it when it stopped working. Frey installed new elements at a fair price and quickly responded & SOLVED THE PROBLEM as to why it stopped in the first place. Their team was courteous, prompt and expert.

The job was done and we were pleased with the work that was done. The best thing about this company was that they took full responsibility for their mistakes. They were in my house for almost a hour fixed everything and didn't charge me anything for the job. When was the last time you had a plumber admit they made a mistake. I would call them back any time and recommend them to everyone

My furnace broke down during one of the coldest times this year, Frey was able to come first thing in the morning and fix it. The technician was great and overall an amazing experience. They're our go-to for any heating and cooling repairs. Highly recommend.

I needed a pinhole leak repaired, so i called my local Sussex county plumbing business.- Frey Plumbing & Heating. I later found out, My call was out sourced to an answering service in Idaho!. This is where the deceit begins. You hear a man's voice saying please hold, a "member of our team" will assist you. When I asked what the rates are, she said " it all depends"The service call is $165.

The work to be done will be assessed when we come out - the minimum will be applied towards your bill. 2 young courteous techs were sent. it was a 15 minute job. When the young man presented the bill -$550. I questioned it. He said well there is 2 of us and this is the rate for your job. I asked him if he could call his supervisor - that maybe they would be willing to offer a senior discount because even 10 % is better than nothing.

The young man said " he' won't! but i will call him. I could here the supervisor say " if she doesn't like the rate- do nothing, & tell her to just pay the $165. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! there are other plumbing companies out there like Joe's Plumbing in Newton that transparently say what their hourly rate is.

I had a propane tankless water heater set up that was not working for me. Frey can in and installed a brand new electric tank set up. Removed the old tankless and capped the propane line. In my bathroom they installed a new shower valve cause my old one was broken. Overall very happy and relieved. If I had to knock on something it's that my shower handle is lose. It's something I can tighten but I don't have the right size Allen key. I have to borrow one from my job. But that is super minor.

I contacted Frey and 3 other locally based companies when I was converting my home heating system from heating oil to natural gas. They were easy to deal with from setting the estimate appointment through the final inspection. Their pricing was competitive but I selected Frey because their estimate was complete and easy to understand, some of their competitors left out the removal of the fuel tank and certifying the chimney which is necessary to pass final inspection. I highly recommend Frey and in addition to their excellent value based services they are a local family owned business.

Frey Heating and Plumbing came to my house to fix a leak in our toilet tank. I had already spoken to another plumber who I did not hire so, I kind of knew what to expect as far as what the problem was. He diagnosed the problem, explained the problem, told me the cost and then went to his truck to see if he had the correct parts because I have a very old toilet and he wasn't sure he had the correct parts. Luckily, he had the parts in his truck and he fixed the leak.

The tech was very personable, on time, did the job well and even texted me before he came to the house which is always nice. Frey also e-mailed me a confirmation appointment reminder which is always appreciated. I would definately recommend Frey.

Highly recommend using Frey heating and plumbing. Having a new furnace installed and a conversion from oil to natural gas was overwhelming for me and they made it as easy as could be. Alex helped me handle the people from the gas company. Then, when the time came, they were here to install everything in the house and did a nice and quick installation. They even let me hang out and watch! Thanks for everything guys.

Frey installed an electric boiler for us which we LOVE! The unit hangs neatly on the wall, is quiet and provides instant heat through our existing baseboards. Efficient and no fossil fuels! Alex and John also installed a new water heater. Their work was done on time, quickly and neatly. Alex has been quick to respond to additional questions since the install. In addition, we needed a bit of attention to the thermostat for the boiler and Derrick made time to see us quickly. We highly recommend Frey Heating and Plumbing.
