I recently had to replace my A/C system after 13 years. I contacted Mechanical Air Conditioning through their manager Jason Wood. I have known Jason quite awhile from when he was with another company. Jason came out to the house and gave me a quote for a full replacement giving me several options. I also needed a new air handler stand/intake because the one that was there was falling apart.

I chose a new Daikin Fit unit because of its ability to run at various speeds. Within three days of signing the finance paperwork Jason had the unit and an installation crew at my house. The installation went smoothly and the techs were friendly and very neat and clean. This unit works so much better than the old one and cools more consistently with the variable speed function and reduces the humidity.

One additional benefit is how quiet both the outside and inside equipment is, almost silent. Bottom line I can highly recommend Mechanical A/C for any of your air conditioning needs.

Critical: Responsiveness After purchasing 2 brand new Air Handlers and 2 brand new Condensers, with 10 year Parts and 10 year labor warranty, from Mechanical Air Conditioning Co, they refused to return to check or repair my AC unit when it stopped cooling this week. Have been using Mechanical A/C for 13 years. Found that as a company they have been very good. However, their most recent service call just blew me away. They have obviously installed new software and procedures that, in my opinion, have elevated them to the top of the list in customer service. My A/C failed about 10:30 last night. I called their phone number knowing that I would be able to leave a message for them when they came to work this morning.

To my surprise I got an immediate text response with an appointment for the next morning. At approximately 7:30 this morning I got another text to tell me that a technician is enroute to my house. By 9:30 Kyle, the tech, had the unit up and running. I have always found that their technicians are well trained. And they like working for their company.

My AC stopped working about 6 pm and the temperature in the house quickly climbed into the upper 80's, very uncomfortable. I called and they dispatched a great technician named Kyle. He arrived promptly and as he got here his truck broke down in the driveway. He contacted his office, and then proceeded to diagnose and fix my AC problem, even though he had truck issues to deal with.

I am very impressed with his dedication and determination, to take care of my issues. I have done business with this company for many years and they always come through for me. Ahmed Ali is the best A/C tech I've had yet. I always request him for my service. The company overall is just OK. Without Ahmed I would go elsewhere for service. Ahmed gets 5 stars. The company gets 3 stars. The owners can always call me for my opinion. Service: A/C system maintenance

Had an issue with my current unit and they promptly sent a tech after hours. He was able to get it cooling but it was clear that I needed a new unit (my old one was going on 13 years). Two days later I had 2 techs at my house installing a new a/c complete with an air purification system. Techs were courteous and answered every question I had. Furthermore, they both wore masks and gloves (and shoe covers when they came in my house). Couldn't be more impressed with the service and professionalism. Highly recommend.

The experience was amazing from start to finish. The salesman Anthony C was professional, knowledgeable, and very informative. The installation team was terrific also. Took their time, went over and above. Did not cut any corners. Actually did more than they anticipated doing to be sure it was done correctly. When they left my home, you would not even know they had been there. The cleanup was excellent too. Matt and Dakorion the installers were great. Would highly highly recommend Mechanical Air conditioning.

I'm a tough customer and I had an excellent experience with Mechanical Air and their technician Tamer Erturk. My AC was about 10 years old and the company reps and Tamer clearly gave thoughtful advice regarding repair or replacement. I chose replacement and they did the installation within a few days. The replacement techs were also excellent, and when I checked around with others in my community, I found friends who paid significantly more and didn't have a very good experience.

I'm also impressed with how responsive the company is. When I call with a technical question a technician (usually Tamer) calls me back within 10 minutes. I've never previously had that experience with a service company.

I first called Mechanical AC when my air went out after a storm. rather than taking my money for a service call I didn't need, they had me make sure the unit was properly reset and Alas. I no longer needed them to come out. Over a year later, I decided it was time to replace my 13 year old AC. I took quotes from 6 different companies, and Mechanical AC easily offered the best value. Steven did not try to up sell me on anything, used my existing Thermidistat (I asked about upgrading to a Nest but learned Nests do not have humidity control, so my existing was already better). Marvin came out last week and did a fantastic job installing both the indoor and outdoor unit. The process was quick, communication was excellent, and I've very pleased with the new unit.
