AMR replaced both the HVAC units in our home. I was impressed with his quote because he took the time to go into detail regarding the scope of work along with supporting pictures. It really helped educate a novice homeowner like me who knows nothing about the HVAC except when it's working or not. The biggest selling point is how friendly, knowledgeable, and professional Steve and his whole crew are. I immediately felt comfortable doing business with them.

I've used this company many many times. They replaced our ac unit back in April and they are wonderful. It's never great having to replace something so costly but this company made it a great experience. They're always quick to respond and work so hard. They worked all day and stayed late to make sure they could give us ac back quick as possible. Kind, trustworthy people!

I just had Applied Mechanical Resources install my heat pump and air handler and I couldn't be happier. They're customer service was top notch. Even staying late to finish installation during one of the hottest days of the year. I also loved that they were a locally owned family business and would highly recommend them.

I've had the pleasure of being a customer of Applied Mechanical Resources for years now. Why have I been a loyal customer? Let's take the situation I found myself in this afternoon: At about 430pm my outside unit started making a humming sound and the fan wasn't spinning. I just knew that meant I'd be spending tonight, summertime, without a cool home. Well, I called Applied Mechanical, spoke with Dolores, and within 30 minutes Mike was ringing my doorbell.

Mind you, Mike had already left work for the day and was on his way home. He turned around, got his work truck, and came to my assistance. Mike quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem. Right now it's almost 6 p.m. and my air conditioning has been repaired and is purring like a kitten. I know of no other company that could have been so speedy, professional, courteous, and willing to go above and beyond this late in the day! Thank you, Mike, Dolores, Steven, and all the rest of the gang at Applied Mechanical Resources!

Steve and his men are excellent! We have now had two Trane heat pumps over about 20 years from this company, having just received the new one recently. We had trouble with the old humidifier on several occasions. But Steve was there to provide support and advice. He, with the new heat pump, went with a different kind of humidifier, which has caused no problems thus far and much more efficient.

The company's knowledge and expertise about the Trane equipment is beyond belief. They have always been conscious of cleanliness and orderliness during their visits to care for our Trane heat pump. They will not walk on the carpet without placing cloths down and wearing protection over their shoes. This was much appreciated. After the installation of the new heat pump, the new thermostat did not work properly. (All that was needed was a rebooting of the thermostat) causing the auxiliary heat to run constantly.

This went on for a month, thus the electric bill was sky high. Upon notifying Steve of the situation, he immediately came to investigate. Later we received a refund from him for our electric bill. This was very unexpected, but vouches for his honesty in dealing with customers. There is no pressure to constantly spend with this company. One is provided the facts and recommendations, but never pressured to buy.

Steve and his crew have been taking care of our HVAC needs for years-heat pump installation, thermostats, air flow, furnace issues. We wouldn't call or recommend any other company. They are professional, very knowledgeable -thinking through each problem for the best engineering solution, honest and fair, dependable and absolutely trustworthy.

They are so in my list of top notch companies! I called at 7:50 pm and they had a service tech here in about 30 minutes. He (Tarnell) was super polite, professional, concerned and very successful in getting me up and running! He stayed till it was working properly, even though it was 10:45 at night. I have A/C tonight and no water running onto my floor (clogged really bad) my pups and I will rest great tonight!
