Excellent service from a locally owned business. The guys that came out (Casey and John) were very friendly and did a great job of setting up our new tanks and getting them hooked up. They arrived when they said they would and they worked fast and efficiently.

Called to have a last minute fill on an RV. The lady on the phone was nice. We arrived and both gentlemen that helped were extremely friendly. Highly recommend here just for the service, but the price was also a great selling point

Service is the difference- customer and on site from AD has always been top notch. Casey has helped us with a few additional needs at our new home and has simplified the process with his knowledge and expertise. I would highly recommend AD! Thank you!

Ten months ago, we switched to AD Propane. I posted a review then about how pleased I was with their service. I am posting again to say that I'm still as pleased now as I was back then. AD Propane doesn't wait until we're almost out of propane to refill. They do a good job of monitoring propane levels and refilling as necessary. Their prices are competitive and reasonable and they don't price gouge. Excellent service!

Casey serviced our house and I couldn't be happier with my new 500 gal propien tank! Very nice man with all knowledge you will need to know! Very Professional. Everything was smooth from start to finish. I highly recommend using America Distributing if you're thinking about making the switch to propain. Ask for Casey and I know he will set you right!

I almost had a ruined Thanksgiving holiday due to our propane being out/low. Thankfully Cheryl at American Distributing was FANTASTIC, provided us amazing customer service, and sent a technician straight out to our home! I cannot thank them enough and am so very appreciative! Thank you for saving our day so we can have a fabulous holiday!

We had great experience with American Distributing getting a 120 gallon propane tank installed. They were prompt, quoted a good price, helped us figure out what was the issue with our fireplace and overall very pleasant team to work with. They even advised us on how to be more efficient with out use of propane!

American distributing the best! Casey came out and delivered our propane tank and hooked up the line to the pool heater. Very professional job well done! Now from being serviced many time on deliveries been many times they didn't come out when they said they would. waiting numerous times with out even a courtesy call letting us know they couldn't make it out.this last time days later we called.they said our gate was locked ( there is no lock ) then changed the excuse to the dogs were out.

They said they had called but never had a missed call on that day.then when they did come out charged us a full delivery charge for a partial delivery for auto fill.this all comes down to giving good customer service. With a call from them.

We love this company. American Distributing (AD) served our previous home for 17 years, and now our newly constructed home. The sales rep came out to assess and give his opinion on what was needed for our home. The installation appointment needed to be rescheduled by me, and there was no problem in getting me booked for a future date. The receptionist has a file on our address and was able to see exactly what my appointment was for.

In our previous home, the refills were monitored by AD and I couldn't have been happier with their service. Recently, Casey did a great install for us, he made sure every burner on the cook top ignited properly and fired up correctly. Overall, you will not be disappointed in American Distributing!

Excellent service at their main office. Answered all of our questions. Casey came out to look at our place prior to delivery and was easy to work with. Delivery was at the scheduled time and the tanks fit perfectly where we wanted. Two thumbs up and five stars.
