Needed to have two simple replacement parts installed, which the manufactured had already shipped to me. ASAP was able to get it done within 12 hours of my call for $150 (for comparison, another company quoted me $960 for the 30 min job). He also talked me through the process in case I ever wanted to attempt the repair myself in the future

Our gas water heater stopped working on Saturday. I had contacted another company that told me the entire unit needed to be replaced, not liking this answer or their pricing I decided to contact ASAP due to them being the ones that appeared to have installed the unit. I spoke with Blake and explained everything to him, after sending a couple pictures of the unit he told me that he was certain that he could fix it by only replacing the thermal coupler, and he was right!
He was out this morning, had it all running within a short amount of time and I have hot water again without the excessive cost of replacing the unit! Thank you Blake! I will now only be using ASAP for my water heater needs and will recommend them to everyone I know!

After getting a $2000 water heater replacement quote from Jean Johnson Plumbing and Heating (I don't recommend them. See my 1 * review about them), I called ASAP Water Heating. Mark was VERY generous talking with me over the phone diagnosing my hot water tank problems while between his jobs. After a few minutes of testing, he concluded that I had a water leaking problem and recommended me to call a plumber and he gave me a recommended plumber name and contact.
Mark is knowledgeable when it comes to water heater and personable. MOST IMPORTANTLY, you will be dealing with him when you call, not a dispatcher who would not give you any price until they send their technician to your property. Thank you Mark for pointing me to the right direction.

We woke up to cold water and a gas smell in the garage. Called Mark and he took time out of his day to buy a gas leak detector and come check for any gas leaks for free. Our 1 year old Home Depot Rheem water tank went kaput and was leaking. Mark and his son were professional and prompt. He helped explain the whole process and why the old unit went out so quickly and how to get reimbursed for the old unit.
He explained how the Rheem Pro series was better and gave us a 6 year warranty. Mark went above and beyond to help us out. I couldn't be happier with the affordable service and we will be recommending him to friends and family.

OMG! It was on a Monday morning about 6:30 AM when my 13yr old son woke up to take a shower to go to school when he discovered that there was no hot water. I went to the garage and found out that our water heater tank had stopped working and it was also leaking. With a panic I search on Google and found several technicians/companies. The first one I called gave me an estimate of $2000.00 to replace the tank but then I knew it was way too much, so I sent him away and called other companies and got a better and affordable price. ASAP water Heating worked with me and for the fact that I use propane gas made it a bit challenging but Mark was the best.
Mark was able to explained everything step by step and also replace my water heater tank within 5hr after call for $1500 and at a bigger tank from a 40 gallon to 50 gallon tank. ASAP crew Mark and Blake are the best and very professional they did a very beautiful job. My family and I are very thankful and grateful as well. To these men. Thank you very much Mark and Blake for a wonderful job done we were able to get very hot and more water within few minutes after replacement. Water heater went out on, what else, a Saturday night. Did some research around the area and found ASAP and they were happy to make an appointment with me for Sunday. Mark and Blake came out and did an absolutely superb job with replacing the old one with a new one. The quoted price was exactly what the final was including a very reasonable Sunday surcharge which I was happy to pay - their work was excellent.
