Darian Lewis is a very professional and knowledgeable technician. He knows what he is doing and explains to me the problems and how to solve them. He was very patient and did a thorough job repairing my floor heating problems. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs help. You can rely on him and he is trustworthy. Called out to Janes on Wednesday and Jesse was able to come on Friday to repair my Navien tankless water heater. I love how Janes was very transparent in pricing (how much it cost to come out and diagnose for the first hour and how much after the first hour). I've called out to 15+ plumbers and they were never as transparent as Janes where they hid the cost to diagnose and/or costed a fortune.
The other plumbers who came to look terribly misdiagnosed the issue and quoted an insane amount of money to fix it ($~2k). They also charged an insane amount of money just to come out and diagnose the issue (~$700). Jesse was great at explaining what he was doing and taught me a lot about how my system worked. Huge shoutout to the great service he provided. Not only did Jesse correctly diagnose the issue, but he was able to fix it the same day. I finally have heat/hot water after 3 weeks of searching for the right folks!

We have been having issues with our Boiler heat for a long time. I called and spoke with Matt and I let him know our issues, our heat was going off at night and we were told in the past there was a venting issue also. He immediately arranged the schedule to come the next day. Grant found the issue and fixed it along with the venting issue the other company could not fix after many visits (and could not come for 3 weeks when our heat was going off). If I could give 10 stars I would Grant and Matt are awesome as I'm sure all of their crew is. Customer service and knowledge A++

Jane's has always done our radiant floor annual maintenance, but this year our Bradford white water heater went out they handled the warranty replacement through the manufacturer, and installed the new water heater a week later once installed, they serviced the infloor heating system to ensure it was bled out and had no bubbles, and adjusted the system before leaving to ensure it was running correctly. Erik did a fantastic job. Thanks Jane's!

Jesse has been to our home to service our hydronic heating system a couple of times over the past 5 years. He does a superb job at repairs, as well as maintenance and offering helpful suggestions. These guys are professional in every way. My heating system failed to start on three separate occasions and they came out timely on each situation to try to find the cause. Still not finding the cause they came out for an entire day to to revamp the in floor radiant system. Not only has the problem not returned but the radiant heat is performing way beyond my expectations. Janes Radiant is awesome, honest and trustworthy I'll continue to use them.

Our townhouse has radiant heat from Janes Radiant Heating on all three floors and over the nine years that we've lived here we've had them out once a year for maintenance, plus very occasionally as needed for repairs. Our usual service technician (Jesse) keeps our system running reliably and he's always helpful with any questions or concerns. He's always super thorough with his inspections and takes the time to completely flush and clean everything, so much so that we notice the difference after he leaves.
Customer service is responsive (even on weekends if there is ever an issue), and every one of their representatives we've interacted with has been genuinely helpful. We highly recommend their products and their service.
