Hi Thank you for the professional who carefully and thoughtfully provided an assessment of my furnace, very effective communicator, patient, and adjusted for my lack of knowledge. I trusted his recommendations and his work. I did not expect to need to oat almost $1000. Yet believe it was the responsible decision, given his expert approach and obvious expert advice. Our experience today was what we have expected from Bel Red over the years. We have been a long time customer (beginning our 3rd generation of HV units at 2 locations from them) and have received excellent, prompt and complete service over the years. The explanations of needed equipment and repairs had been excellent and today with George was no exception.

He was through in his evaluation of our heating units and clear in our needs. He also had the parts on hand to minimize disruption of our services as winter approaches and the need to return to do the repairs. John

Dylan (and his assistant Eugene) was great! Lots of roots in the side sewer that would have created problems, especially in my basement drains. Roots were successfully removed and cleared. No worries now for the upcoming wet winter! Service:Sewer cleaning

Our furnace was 30 years old & ceased functioning one cold night. The next day Evan from BelRed visited w/ fine options to replace what we had. He was succinct & knowledgable in-person & helped us feel confident in our selection. Within 24-hours the new furnace was installed by a pair of excellent technicians who took away the old & instructed us re how to use & care for the new model. Jordan & Morgan were a thoroughly professional team who completed the installation in less than 4 hours, including cleanup. We could not be more pleased with the service & the resulting final product. We recommend Bel Red unreservedly to anyone who appreciates all-around quality.

Matt did a great job installing our EV charger. He was fast, efficient and answered all questions. Even volunteered to return to ensure everything is working properly after our EV vehicle actually arrives.

Great service! The technician was knowledgeable and provided a detailed explanation of the maintenance for the fireplace. He presented information on a new maintenance plan. He took interest in making sure I knew the details of the new plan.

Daniel Tickler was the best technician we've ever had. All of the people from Bel Red have been 100% but Daniel is over the top in explaining with detail about the system checking every detail and answering all my questions about the system. He's very professional and friendly. I want to refer the entire neighborhood to him. He changed the filter and educated me about the best filters to order as the filter wasn't changed with the installation.

I would like to request Daniel from now on if possible. He restored confidence that everything is complete with no loose ends. He's smart! Bel red is fortunate to have him. This kind of service makes people be happier to spend money!

Daniel was very professional and helpful. He checked up our HVAC and provided helpful tips. He also helped us set up an alarm to change the filters. I was impressed by the time that the two electricians (Oscar and Cade) spent with us, explaining details about the required job and how our present problem existed within our house's electrical system (very old house; many different kinds of electrical demands over time). Both Oscar and Cade were genial and friendly; we were immediately at ease with them.

They did not rush us or cut any questions short. When they left, the job done, I knew our house electrical system better and felt confident that I could made decisions about future work with confidence.

We recently bought a house and have discovered a number of electrical problems over the past few weeks. I called BelRed and they sent two technicians, Cade and Oscar, to tackle a wiring conundrum in my front hallway that I can only describe as baffling (these two tried *everything* to figure out what the last owner did to this house.) Both Cade and Oscar were friendly, profesional, and refreshingly honest about the scope of the problem and what could be done about it.

I appreciate the time they took to explain the issues to me so that I could make an informed decision about the best path forward. I also appreciate the text message communication system BelRed used to keep me posted on when the technicians would arrive and who they were (including a picture of each technician, which is a nice safety-conscious feature for someone working from home alone).

Richard I. provided exceptional customer service. Friendly, informative, quick turnaround, and extremely knowledgeable. Best service experience I've had in years. Not only did he fix my thermostat issue, he pointed out some red flags for us to watch out for on a 20 yr old furnace. He also took the time to let us explain a plumbing/pipe issue, even though he is an HVAC tech.

Service was completed within 48 hrs of initial request. I received 2 text and 2 email reminders, as well as a phone call from a live person! I can't say enough good things about my first experience with this company, and especially Richard!

The tech, Alan, that came out was prompt, efficient, professional, and super easy to work with! A great experience overall. Ended up having BelRed replace our 50 year old furnace. Installers Brandon and Mike did a really great job installing our new furnace. They were considerate, efficient, careful, and definitely knew what they were doing! Michael Dunham was courteous and knowledgeable. However, and this was not Michael's fault, we were very confused because husband and I both put the appointment time as 2 pm in our calendars and we received a reminder text from Bel-Red that appointment was at 2 pm. We were surprised when Michael showed up at 10 am. We had another appointment at 10 am and had to scramble to reschedule our 10 am appointment.

George was a wonderful technician. He did his best to solve our furnace issues. He was kind, patient in explaining everything and extremely professional. Definitely would hire him again Service:HVAC system repair

Chad was as genuine and kind of a "salesman" that you could ask for, and Rodrigo, Russ, and the whole team were professional and communicative. High quality shop and definitely recommend, coming from a former HVAC project manager.

Gabriel Huevara was sent to help with an issue I had with a new heating and cooling system installed by a different company that went out of business. He spent 3 hours inspecting it and setting it up correctly. He was very knowledgeable on the modern digital system and digital thermostat. I am retired now but I have spent much time working with airlines on airplane heating and cooling systems. I could tell Gabriel knew his work well. Thanks to Bel Red for sending him.

Conrad was an excellent technician! Our mini split ceiling cassette was making some noise so I figured we might as well have our mini split professionally cleaned. Conrad was efficient and kept me updated on the state of our units (how clean or dirty the drip pan, coils, and fans were) in addition to letting me know how I can best maintain our mini split (like how often the filters needed to be vacuumed, which was more often than I thought)! Highly recommend him and this company for servicing at a fair price.

Cade and Oscar are fantastic electricians: they installed my Tesla wall connector today with super quality and speed. They are very knowledgeable and helpful for my choice of wall connectors. I will recommend them for electrical jobs any time!

Thomas and Dylan were awesome. They did a great job with our new electrical panel, new lights, and a new bathroom fan. They were very thorough in making sure things were done correctly. Jeremy Perro from Fox Plumbing, working through BelRed Energy, installed a water pressure regulator and new ball shut off for a home we own in Issaquah, WA. We live in Vancouver, WA and my only interaction with Jeremy was over the phone and by text. I have a very positive feeling with Jeremy in the way he communicated with me, explained what was needed regarding the repair/replacement, and that he takes pride in his workmanship. Jeremy did a first rate job and was very conscientious and professional in keeping me informed of what was needed and his opinion as how to proceed.

The water pressure regulator was something Jeremy said was needed to reduce the city water pressure of over 90 psi to a safe level of 60-65 psi. The photos he sent me of the before and after repairs speaks volumes. It is nice to work with a skilled plumber who know his trade, honest, and customer focused.

Today the BelRed crew came to replace my furnace and install a new AC unit. Michael and his team composed of Russel, Daniel, and Justin were very efficient, definitely top notch work. They were very professional and courteous. I was very pleased with their work. Daniel checked the electrical panel thoroughly (not just the AC switch). Michael made sure that the large furnace fit in the old space, and checked and sealed the unit for leaks. Russel went out of his way to route the AC drain away from the walls. Justin was very patient explaining the surge suppressor function on the switch. BelRed will come back next week to complete the wiring and program the thermostat.

Great work! Russ Hall from BelRed came yesterday to complete the job. He made all the final wiring and hookups, started the system up, tested all the lines again, and set up the thermostat. Russ was very patient answering my questions and explaining the thermostat controls. Russ was professional and provided awesome service. Thanks Russ!

Rodrigo (and crew) did a fantastic job with our furnace and AC replacement/install. We had a few tricky variables to deal with (limited space and complicated line set situation). He addressed all our needs and installed an awesome Daikin heat pump system. We are so excited to have a fresh new (quiet) AC for the summer months. Thanks Rodrigo and BelRed!

Installed a new heat pump and AC last week. First day 1, most stuffs installed and left with a thermostat because the electrician could not fix the wire. Next day, another team came up and fixed it. Bobby was the electrician who is super experienced and professional to wire a very tricky wire from the system in my basement up to my main floor with very limited access.

Very impressed. Following day 3 Kyle, he is very efficient and organized. Picking up a project left over by his team, he asked once what is the status of everything and started to work non-stop for few hours until everything was fixed and started working. Left with clear instructions what needs to be fixed with another team and communicated properly with the office to follow it up.

Day 4, electrician from first day came to fix a plug which was not working from Day 1. Now waiting for the HAVC team to come next week to fix a pipe which needs to be glued. It is a big project and serviced by good and experienced guys. Would give 5 stars if everything can complete in a shorter time.

Timely, high quality service at all levels. From appointment to keeping us informed about arrival, quote and then execution of the work. We wanted an instant heater and filter installed and it was little complicated because we did not have enough outlets and I wanted to make sure each of the connections can be turned off and on separately. Diego Torres did a good job. I would recommend both Diego and BelRed highly.

I had a great time in engaging BelRed for AC installations and yearly maintenance. They are always proactive in informing me about last minute cancellations or changes in appointments. Their engineers are very helpful and patiently explains all my questions I highly recommend to call these folks to get your cooling and heating needs. Our kitchen is under a remodel and we needed some unexpected plumbing done right away. Jonathan showed up on time and ready to get to work. Helped us find the best solution to get us up and running again.
