Amazing customer service. Was referred to call this company and was pleasantly surprised by our experience with Jeff. Our furnace and ac is 19 years old and instead of just telling us it's broken and to replace it, he explained why it stopped working and did not push us to buy a new system. Infact he actually told us it's in pretty good shape and let us know of near future maintenance to keep in mind. Timely, Honest and personable. 10/10 recommend.

After calling Climate Works for a second opinion (first place estimated $1,500 with a possible fix) I called at about 6:30pm and talked with Kim (who was just wonderful) who had me set up for the following morning. Jeff showed up around 8:15am and within the hour had my AC unit back up and running. It was way cheaper than I ever thought compared to the other place.

I had 3 kids going crazy from the heat and he was very professional. He wasn't out to sell me a new unit which I couldn't of afforded to buy, he was genuine and clearly is out to do what's best for people which sadly is hard to find these days. I will recommend them to everyone because they are by far the best! Thanks again Jeff, you made this household very happy You won't make a mistake by choosing them!

Booked an appointment with a no show. Admitted there error. Hard to reschedule when they screwed up appointment.

We purchased a Bryant Evolution three stage furnace from Climate Works eight years ago. A week and a half ago our furnace quit. We called Climate Works to come and look at the furnace. He was coming but then called back to say he was sick in bed. We had to have someone else come to get it working. Five days later, the furnace quit again so we called Climate Works and were told to call other Bryant Dealers.

We called another company that proceeded to tell us that our heat exchanger was bad. After doing some research, we discovered there was a class action suit against Bryant Furnaces secondary heat exchanger. We called the Bryant company and they said call the installer, who on his website advertised " a Bryant Authorized Dealer." We went through Christmas and then New Years with no heat!

We called and left two more messages and e-mailed. No return. We used another friends phone to call, we felt they were monitoring our calls. They answered this time. We were then told that they couldn't get to us for two weeks. We have been without heat for 8 days now. We like to shop locally but obviously they are too small to handle this type of situation.

Jeff at Climate Works has taken care of all of our HVAC issues for over 10 years on 2 separate properties. Jeff's knowledgeable and his customer service is excellent along with fair pricing; we highly recommend.

During the cold snap last week, we were on the other side of the country and about 2 hours from being out of cell service for several days. According to our app, the temperature in the house read 42°. We made several calls to area repair places but, understandably, everyone was busy out on calls. Climate Works was so professional, sensitive to the issue that we were having, and in the midst of frigid cold chaos, came out to meet my father-in-law at our home very very quickly so we could get the details wrapped up and the furnace fixed before we lost the opportunity to know what was going on.

I was so impressed with the service they provided. So was my father-in-law. His comment was how friendly and knowledgeable he was (Jeff of Climate Works.) Now they have TWO new customers.

Our furnace quit on a Friday night when my husband and I were both out of town in different directions and our daughter was home alone. After calling about 5 heating companies Jeff was the only one that answered his phone. He came out right away and unfortunately he couldn't fix our 26 year old furnace so he went home got 4 space heaters and came back to put them around the house until we could get a new furnace. Jeff and his wife were able to put us first on his schedule and put in a new furnace fast. Very friendly and professional service and a very fair price. Now we have a furnace guy to call. Climate works is great and very knowledgeable (Jeff) came out to my home after I already paid someone else to diagnose the problem with my furnace (in an emergency call) before I knew that Jeff does 24 hour calls. He came out to work on my furnace. It ended up not even being the part that was diagnosed during the emergency call from the other company. The part of the furnace just needed to be cleaned not replaced. Thank you Jeff! I will refer you to anyone in need of hvac work!

I've trusted Climate Works to handle all HVAC work on my last two houses and for fifteen years, including installing a new furnace, new AC unit, and new duct work in a 90 year-old bungalow renovation.
