We have hired Chad's company Generic heating and cooling several times in the last five years. The last job he did for us was installing two 4 ton roof top heating units at our liquor store. Chad is honest, does great work and he is very reasonably priced. We will continue to use Generic heating and cooling and recommend highly. Thanks Chad!

Chad stopped by to give me a quote on fixing a leaky ac condenser pan. told me he would figure out something a get back to me. 2 weeks later no call or show. Do not recommend this guy. poor customer service. zero stars

Wow. Pretty hard to work with - struggled with customer service. Did not want to give me a quote, and ended up telling me that the project was a "losing proposition ". I don't think they are geared for residential service at all. In the end, they left without completing the project and everyone was happier for it.
