I called Siferd plumbing for a price quote to install a new heater and HVAC system in one of our buildings. They arrived on time, and I had a quote the same day. After I decided to use them, I called and spoke to Boston on a Wednesday after noon she informed me that she thought these parts where a stock item and if so, they could have them by Friday sure enough she called back and let me know that they would have them by Friday and could start the installation on the following Monday.

The whole process was seamless. The installers showed up on Monday and started the installation of the units they were on time very professional. they did encounter a few problems that was not expected but they handled them with ease. I would highly recommend them and hope to use them again in the future. Thanks again for great service and professionalism

So glad we found Siferd Plumbing! Not only were they timely, but professional and efficient as well, doing only what needed to be done and not trying to get more money out of an already costly project. They were also very knowledgeable. We called them after having another plumbing company out who told us our water damage was being caused by condensation on our pipes and not a leak.

That just didn't sound right and thankfully, my husband seen a Siferd truck on his way to work. He called and they came out the next day and found the leak within 5 minutes. Then, they came out the very next day to fix it! If we ever need plumbing work done again, we'll definitely be calling Siferd! We will also recommend them to our family and friends. Top-notch!

We are so thankful we called Siferd for a second opinion on our furnace. The first hvac man said we needed a new furnace and said it would keep running but didn't diagnose the problem and it did not keep running. Siferd diagnosed it right away and replaced my blower motor and saved us $6,000. They also took the house call charge off our bill because they were sympathetic because we got ripped off with the other company who did nothing for us. I recommend Siferd all the way! 100%. The company responded quickly to my phone message that our on demand water heater was down which heats our house. Tech dispatched then responded promptly, on a Saturday, and came out within an hour. He was polite, willing and Knowledgeable. The problem was fixed within an hour. Our system was installed by another company that no longer services the systems and we were a new client for Siferd's. We will definitely use them again.

They installed my new HVAC system in April. No issues until Furnace not getting up to temperature before shutting off. Called them and they came right out. Turns out it was just a clogged filter that I had just changed 2 months ago. Looks like the dust from my humidifiers in the winter was clogging the furnace filter quickly. They offered to go get a new one for me. I was a little embarrassed that the only problem was a clogged filter. Thanks for the quick and professional response!

EDIT: We had planned on replacing our old furnace and adding AC in 2022. So after repairing our old furnace, we asked for an estimate and we had a new furnace and AC installed right away. These guys are professional and truly nice people! They were neat, no messes even after going into the crawl space! Answered all our many questions patiently. I'm impressed and I'm not easily impressed! Johnathon was very professional and knowledgeable. Was training another employee and very thorough both in training and attention to our 20 year old furnace. Had it repaired and heating the house in less than an hour.

UPDATE:we decided to get new furnace after checking other businesses we found Siferd to be best quality and cost. We had new furnace the next week! Our furnace went out and service men arrived 4 hours after we called Siferd and they had the part to repair our 20 year old (not made anymore) furnace! The serviceman was very thorough in explaining what he was doing and why and showed us the bad part compared to new part.

He also showed us how to read the error codes. Price for parts, emergency repair and cleaning furnace $315. I checked internet for price of part and found it for same price range. Overall very pleased, will be using Siferd again.
