Josh was SO refreshing after getting an initial quote from another company that used overwhelming high-pressure sales tactics. He was awesome to work with, super responsive, stayed true to his word and very respectful. I reached out to Wagner Plumbing & Heating to replace an old furnace and AC unit. Josh was able to inspect my unit the same day and schedule the installation. Josh and his team were very attentive, exact and their install is a work of art. I could not be happier. We have used Wagner for heating and air conditioning repairs in the past. This summer we had to replace everything. They were prompt, thorough, and fully professional. This was a jolt to our budget and lives but Wagner did it extraordinarily well. I will continue to use and refer folks to them in the future. I purchased a 5 ton Carrier heat pump to replace my aging Coleman 5 ton unit. While the Coleman unit never once broke down in the 15 years it was in service and the Carrier unit has went down twice now; the crew at Scott Wagner's has kept their word on the 10 year warranty so far and have fixed the unit at no cost to me. Their people are respectful, knowledgeable, and prompt. Maybe in another 5-6 years I will "upgrade" this unit. This is a good company, and the saying is true, "You get what you pay for"

On time in arrival, friendly, did not give up and called for assistance, very informative in letting us know what went wrong and what was done to correct it. Recommendation were made in possibly considering in a new furnace and gave us an ETA and time it would take along with providing quotes I'm glad to look at there reviews and ratings it's no wonder I would highly recommend there business. Credit card accepted on sight - convenient

Have used several times with excellent results. Punctual, polite and professional. One concern from our last appointment (1/3/20) that I expressed to the office is that labor is quoted at $62/hour. However that is per technician so our 2 person crew -- great guys -- had labor billed at $124 per hour. This was not explained when appointment was scheduled and I feel should have been. However, as I stated, good service.

Duane and Izzy were at my house in less than an hour after I called to say we had no water flow. They were both very polite and professional. Diagnosed several different things that led to the problem and had the repair done quickly. Showed me the parts and explained the conditions of them, offered for me to keep them to show my spouse. I have had work done by this company several times and have had the exact same experience, even with different staff. They presented a bill and accepted a check as payment before they left. I will only give my business to this company. Superb service! Thanks guys!

We purchased an older farmhouse with no central air. Scott's team came out, and installed it, along w/ a new heating system. They were very professional and courteous. The first time we used the new A.C., it was not functioning properly, we contacted the office, and they sent someone the same day. He quickly found what was not right and immediately corrected it. The entire system works perfectly, its quiet and done well.

I cannot complain at all about the service. I had a short in my furnace/ac blower that was blowing the transformer. The technician was able to identify the problem and remedy the situation in less than an hour. He was knowledgeable and was not afraid to show me what the problem was and what he did to correct it. I would recommend to family and friends.
