As an essential business, we plan to remain open for business as long as the government allows. If your HVAC equipment fails, we will strive to the best of our ability to provide whatever is needed to restore the equipment back to proper operation. If you've been holding your breath for cleaner air, the wait is over. Carrier's state-of-the-art air purifier systems trap and kill bacteria, viruses, allergens and other pollutants in the conditioned air - and keep them out of the air your family breathes.

They charged us $177 to come to our house, knock off snow around out outdoor vent and "look" at our furnace. Furnace still did not work properly. They were only there for 10-15 minutes. Called them to inform still no heat and was told "oh well they did what they could and would not issue refund". Very disappointed. Would not recommend.

Called this morning with a dripping bathtub faucet. The plumber spent 2 hours and charged me $228 and my bathtub faucet is still dripping. In addition to that, my shower no longer works. (It was working prior to them working on it.) I was told that I would just need a new faucet. That was it. So, I said I could handle that myself. When we called to complain to management about the cost and that my problem was not fixed, they said the plumber explained to me that I needed a new valve and a hose and whatnot, and estimated it to be an additional $600+.
Through tears, I explained the plumber did NOT explain any of this to me. The man I spoke to acted like I was stupid and just did not understand what the plumber was talking about. Morris is clearly only after money and not concerned about actually helping. We told them we would not be calling again and they said "I'm sorry you called, too" and hung up on us. Not great customer service for a customer who just paid $228 for absolutely nothing!

I hate giving bad reviews when some of the staff are good, others not so good. Good part is workers that come to home, bad part is the nasty in the office. Dealing with customers on the phone should be a priority for businesses where first public contact is by phone. This business needs new fresher blood as the office personel. Rude, to the max. Never again.
