I really like this company and the service BUT the service charge is ridiculous way to high. I would like to keep using this company but I am not going to find another company because of that Services: Shower repair, HVAC system maintenance, Water heater repair

April 25, 2019 Jeremiah performed our service contract that we purchased with Von Deylen's. He answered all of our questions as he performed diagnostic checks on our HVAC system to insure that we are prepared for the upcoming air conditioning season. His knowledge of our system is obvious, and he readily offers suggestions and tips as to how we can keep everything running perfectly.

We highly recommend Jeremiah as a quality HVAC technician. September 24, 2018 We have received excellent service from Von Deylen's for over 16 years. When we have had problems they always responded in such a way as to make us want to tell others about our positive results. Chris was our tech who serviced our HVAC system yesterday and did an excellent job while answering several questions that we had.

Thank you so much to Phil coming out and checking our air conditioner splitters at the end of last week. He was very punctual, professional and gave us even more information which was much appreciated. I do have to say that the tips and advice Phil gave us is proving to be even much better than previous output. The ease and attention to customer satisfaction in the office and in the home adds to Von Deylen's reputation as being a great local service company to do business with. I recommend Von Deylen's for all your year round needs.

I had Von Deylen redo the all of my copper plumbing in my home to PEX and move my washer and dryer over to the other side of the basement as I am remodeling. They cut a hole into my foundation in the basement to install a vent line that was way to long per code and it was flex piping with no insulation. All this did was hang a foot down from the ceiling causing my dryer not be able to vent.

All the water went back into my dryer and caused my clothes not to dry. I called them out for warranty work and they came out told me my dryer was the issue and it just needed cleaned out. So, i listened and cleaned out my dryer and my clothes were still not drying. (Which ended up frying my dryer and cause it not to work anymore.) So, I got another dryer and it did the same exact thing. So, I called them again to have them come completely redo it cause obviously is not working.

They came out next day and quoted me $1,100 to fix it! They refused to redo it under warranty, even talked to Randy who is the owner who was very rude and told me he is stepping away from the job. They did a very poor job of installing all my my PEX as its not straight doesn't look presentable at all. Ended up painting everything black with a sprayer to hide all the nonsense.

I could have done better myself and I am not even a plumber. Would absolutely NOT recommend this company to do any work on your home as they do the bare minimum. Not to mention I supplied ALL of the materials, PEX, fittings, pipe, etc for the job and they still charged me $3500 to do the job! Very expensive and definitely not worth the money. If you hear anyone that wants work done please inform them not to go through this company, as they will do the bare minimum, and not do it the right way.

Then wont even fix what they did wrong! There is a lot of other bad experiences that ive had with this company during the same project but to long to list. Just take my advice and DO NOT use this company. Thank you for reading.

We contacted Von Deylen to fix our AC issues, and were shown very imperative issues that needed to be addressed before we could get a new AC and furnace. This was unknowingly a larger job than anyone anticipated but it was handled extremely well. Our tech was Jeremiah, and he did a wonderful job from beginning to end. He was very professional, knowledgeable and showed us every step along the way! I am truly impressed at the fantastic service we received from Von Deylen Plumbing & Heating! I highly recommend them for the job 100%!

We finally decided to get a new heating and air system after 20 years. We were very happy with the installation, detailed work, specifics in operation and excellent care in making sure we approved of each step. Jeremiah took great pride in his work, and had central air working in around 5 hours of starting the installation, removing our window air conditioners for us!

It was amazing! Collin was very hard at his work, climbing under our not so much space crawl space to get things where they needed to be and doing it right. I highly recommend both them and the Von Deylen Company. We have been very happy with our new system. Thanks.

Thanks so much to Von Deylen Plumbing & Heating last week. I called early in the morning and Courtney was able to schedule a service visit for the same afternoon. Gwen from the office then called to let us know what time frame Jeremiah would arrive. I was pleased to see service tech Jeremiah walking around the house even in the snow investigating what the problem could be.

After coming inside, Jeremiah tested all of our thermostats, our boiler and checked all of the pipes and vents. He found the problem. He also did a few tweaks and gave us information we much appreciated to keep the boiler running smoothly. He made sure everything was fine, working properly and answered all the questions we had. I definitely will recommend Von Deylen and am glad we had them install our new boiler and air conditioning split system. Jeremiah is professional, informative and more than knowledgeable in his expertise.

On an added note, I received a follow up call from Courtney in the office. This rare and extreme polar vertex we have experienced this past week was exceptional and it was nice to know Von Deylen is a company that cares about their customers.
