We have been using Gibsons for the last seven or eight years. We almost yearly have an issue where we get tree roots clogging our sewer line. I have never had a bad experience with Gibsons. All of our experiences have been stellar. The workers are always extremely professional and courteous, never misleading. Our most recent worker, Adolfo, was very knowledgeable, thorough, communicative, and nice.

He was easy to talk to and told us everything we needed to know. This company has always been upfront with us about our options and what the prices are. They have never tried to sell us anything we don't need. I have nothing but good things to say about this company and highly recommend them!

Another company we used before had slightly lower prices, but messed up a lot of things they did for us and seemed to want to upsell products. so I'm happy to pay the slightly higher prices at Gibson's in exchange for their honesty and reliability.

Jason spent an entire day (12 hours) re-piping our washer, water softener, and sinks to discharge into our septic tank. This was due to repeated basement flooding through a floor drain. He worked straight through, making absolutely sure every pipe joint was sealed and everything was working properly. I can't say enough about his professionalism, knowledge, and sheer determination to get the job done. He explains everything in great detail. He is a great asset to Gibson's.

Jason from Gibson's came out to help us with a drain issue that ended up being a fair bit more involved. Jason and the others that came out were very professional and extremely communicative through the whole process. They clearly explained what they were doing, showed what they were working on and why and were generally very transparent. They did a great job and we will be using them for any future work.

Gibson's is the best. It is so comforting to have this company look after my furnace, air conditioner and drains. They let me know when it is time to service each of the items and there is no additional charge beyond my contracted amount and the work is guaranteed. No fuss no muss and their employees or so kind and very competent. I am so glad that the former owner of the property that I purchased recommended that I contract with them just as he had.
