I just had Jason from Legacy air come over to fix my HVAC system which was not working and the line were freezing up. I told him what was going on and the symptoms and he immediately knew what to check. He had the system tested by a machine and found the my Freon was a pound low by the system was holding pressure. He gave me the price before starting the repair and was in and out within an hour. He also answered some questions I had while he was here and he was very pleasant. They will be my HVAC contractors going forward.

Showed up on time. Wanted Over $500To change the exhaust fan$148 Part. Using Coe heating & Air. He tried to charge me $85. Just to show up and call in part number. So I called his company they said pay $45. Never use them rip offs.

Critical: Professionalism I'm having furnace problems on a furnace they installed a few years ago. I called to set up an appt for them to come fix it, but the receptionist was so rude when I called that I didn't set anything up with them. I wanted to use them because of my warranty, but not worth it!

Needed maintenance done--they were quick with scheduling. Phone contact was pleasant & easy to work with. Service man showed up on time, was friendly and professional. He also answered my questions and took the time to explain things. I appreciate great customer service!

Showed up on time and professional! Our a/c quit working and Able was very through in finding the problem, took pictures to show us (because I'm not climbing up in the attic!) Needed to replace the indoor unit, which was 22 years old. Chris and Sam, the techs that did the install, were great, also. Very pleased with Legacy.

Showed up on time, professional and extremely knowledgable within his profession. This guy was a straight shooter, which is such a relief these days. I've had dealing with two other companies and I always felt like I was being ripped off. Not this time. I would highly recommend this company to others that feel like they are being jerked around by other heating and air conditioning vendors. He also cleaned up after himself and went the extra mile to make sure the furnace was completely cleaned out and ready for winter.

I had my AC serviced all good with that. They also do plumbing work so they sent James out because I had a leaking tub faucet. He worked for a while on it and decided he needed to order a part so he would have to come back. He also ran into a bad shut off valve and had to fix that. I know he was probably frustrated with it but he didn't show it. When he came back it still took some work to get it fixed but he got it done. I appreciate the work that he did and the pricing was reasonable for the work that was done. I would definitely recommend them! Thanks James & Legacy.

Hired Legacy to replace our propane furnace, duct work, furance and water heater flues to the roof, and a new air conditioner. It was a big and complex job because of how everything was arranged when the house was built. We had a difficult situation with our setup and multiple issues. We got 10 different quotes from businesses and I felt Legacy gave the most honest quote for the work that needed done.

I also felt they had solid ideas and had the best plan for our house. Just about everyone who came to give a quote was confused of why our ducting setup was ever done how it was, and Legacy had the most confidence out of everyone. They redid our flues correctly, which meant cutting into a wall, but others were not going to do that.and they brought the pipes up to current building codes. Ducting needed redone, and they understood our tight room situation and took the extra effort to position the ducting so we had more room. Installers are very personable, professional, and easy to talk with.

They did a great job and cleaned the work debris well. The furnace brand they offered, of course I did my research, I felt would be a long lasting furnace with normal up keep. New furnace has been running great and I am very pleased with how it all turned out. I no longer fear for my life when I change a filter . Thanks!

The Legacy team did an excellent job of diagnosing my furnace issue. Their correct diagnosis saved me hundreds of dollars. Again with these people. Had Legacy come out in the winter last year for the heater. Which was a simple fix and only cost the service fee. I call them the Monday after July 4th for my ac, not expecting much in the way of appointments because of the heat wave. Got an appt for 2 days later in the evening. They call the day before. Repairman is running ABOVE schedule and can he come out the next morning? Yes, please.

Super nice guy. Fixed the problem, walked me through everything. And STILL the labor and parts was almost the same as the service call. I will ONLY call this company for HVAC and I will only recommend this company from now on.

We have been Legacy customers for many years for our residential home and commercially at the company I worked for. We always received quality, prompt service at a fair price. You can tell from their many reviews that others have shared our same experience. That being said, nobody has a perfect record and things can and do go wrong. It is how a company handles difficult situations that really matters in my opinion.

So when we had concerns about the service we received we were so impressed by how receptive the staff was to us and how quickly they responded and resolved our issue. So often when there is a service failure, you might get an apology and the standard we will look into it. Steve and his staff really did look into it and went out of their way to make it right. They have definitely secured our future business. When they say they guarantee satisfaction, they really mean it.

Came out for estimate and came 30 minutes early. Was impressed. Gave me a quote on the spot and came out the next day! Needed a whole new AC unit. Was able to me a down payment and the next week pay it off. Best service! My parents needed the same work done and my dad was mad because my quote was 500$ cheaper than his. Thankful to have AC on to finish off the last month of summer!

Everyone at Legacy was top-notch! The technician was on time, thorough, professional and friendly! We called them to remove a bird's nest in our dryer vent, and we are very satisfied with the job well done. The price was fair and affordable, and I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone!
