Kent Tong was born and raised in Tiffin, OH with his two sisters and his brother. His father, Douglas Tong, owned and operated a plumbing and heating business out of their home; so Kent was raised around Heating, Ventilating, Air Conditioning and Plumbing work his whole life. He recalls fond memories of when he used to go out on calls with his father, and sit and watch him work, just like Kent did with his son Luke. While attending Columbian High School Kent met his "sweetheart" Wendy. They married shortly after graduation and began their life together.

Being an old geezer in Tiffin I have been friends with all of the Heating and Plumbing companies in this community and even played rock music with Steve Gardner in a little band that didn't last very long but my point here is that the very first car I ever had was the 1964 Chevy Impala I bought from Kent Tong in 1968. I souped up that car and it was one of what they called a "muscle car" in those days.

It was one of the fastest cars in Seneca County and probably in Ohio. I didn't beat Danny Paulus who had that GTO with three 2 barrel carbs and it was faster than mine. What a rocket ship!

Very unimpressed! Had a tech come out to clear a clog in main drain. He wasn't able to clear it with snake machine but it took him 6 hours to figure that out at almost 70$ an hour. I payed them almost 600$ total and still had to pay someone else to come clear it the next day! I will not be doing business with them again!
