Critical: Quality My furnace was installed and I kept calling back complaining that it makes this loud clicking noise and they came out saying it was fine. The noise on the new Furnace is so loud it sounds like someone is inside my house. Not only that it's so loud that the blower is loud as well. Not happy at all! Service: Heating system installation

We were very pleased with Paul L., the Betlem technician who checked and cleaned the furnace. Since we had acquired the house a year ago he completely explained how to efficiently maintain the unit. He trudged in the snow in our back yard to make sure of its functionality and fully explained what he had done and what we should do. His explanations left us with confidence for operating the furnce. In addition, since we have five cats he was careful not to allow them to leave the house. He gets five stars from us and Betlem is now our choice.

They installed my air conditioning. After several attempts calling them for a duct cleaning they have yet to call me back.

When my AC stopped, Betlem took my call at 11:32am and Nate-the technician-was on his way within hours (several other companies were booked through next week!). He showed me the steps he took to diagnose, explained what was going on and taught me what I could do to keep using my 24 year old unit. Prompt, courteous, helpful, honest. Highly recommend Betlem!

A HUGE thank you to your company. Our drainage pan was cracked on our air-conditioning unit. My brother, who used to do heating and cooling, came over and accessed the problem. Every company out there, that we either called or came out said they couldn't help us or told us we needed a who new furnace and air- conditioning set up. It's always easy to spend someone else's money.

I just didn't know who to trust anymore. My brother finally told me to call Betlem Residential, as he used to work for this company years ago. He told me they would be fair and honest. My brother left me with a picture of the part that needed to be repaired and all of our serial numbers on our furnace. I called and spoke to Keith. He was a life saver.

I sent him the pictures that I had, and site un-seen, he was able to order the part and fit me in all within a week. Rob came out and fixed it today and I could not be happier. Just like my brother said, your company is fair and honest. I didn't get raked over the coals. I will be recommending your company in the future to everyone I know. Thank you again!

Our furnace was acting up a few days before Thanksgiving, we had a service tech visit our house on Monday and then the furnace stopped working on Tuesday. Steve G. sales engineer was quick to provide a quote and get us booked for a new furnace install 12/1 to 12/2. He also made sure that we had enough space heaters to keep the household warm. He even ordered safe space heaters for our toddlers. James Viele, our installer did a fantastic job.

He was very professional and thorough. He walked me through what he had to and the pipework looks very professional. He checked all of the base board lines several times and made sure everything was working before he left, instructed me on the new thermostat, etc. It looks awesome and I am already nice and warm! All in all super impressed and very happy Betlem was able to get use heat again so quickly right before the holidays. I forgot to mention, James and the other installer wore their face masks, booties, and cleaned up the basement. A big thank you!

Viele and Chris M. were absolutely EXCEPTIONAL with respect to their attention to detail, answering all of our questions, describing each step of their installation process, working expeditiously as well as keeping the area clean and. organized.

What was most impressive was James' and Chris's personable and highly positive, warm and sometimes very amusing personalities which made the experience so GREAT! It was time to replace our 27 year old central air conditioner. We called Betlem residential after using them for a furnace problem 2 years ago. As with our first experience, this contact was equally professional. Advisor, Jeff, came to our home and explained what size unit we needed and all the benefits of the York system that matched our needs. A week later installers Paul and Dillon arrived right on time, discussed the install process and worked continuously to completion, The unit was professionally installed and looked and operated great. Very enjoyable company to work with. Would 100% recommend them for any HVAC needs.

The service was excellent. I have been a customer for about 23 years. They have installed and serviced my ac, furnace and recently the mini split in my family room. We have always been pleased with their work and professionalism. TonyS and James V did a fantastic job despite the weather (it rained buckets). Jim in sales is very good also. He explained the product - what I could expect-how it would function and that we would love it. I would recommend Betlem to anyone in need of ac or furnace purchase or service.

We needed a gas valve replaced. Joe Cirilla showed up, had to fix an installation mistake from another HVAC contractor, replaced the valve, and confirmed that the part was under warranty. All in all, a very pleasant experience. We highly recommend Betlem Residential Heating & Air Conditioning!

When a customer asks for their salesman to CALL BACK in regard to financing and warranty issues, a CALL BACK is required. Not a text. Not an email. Your customer service goes 100% out the window once the work is done. I would never have given you my business if I had known that you don't have any interest in service after the sale.

I am extremely grateful for Dave Marianetti. Following a couple of misdiagnoses concerning our air conditioning problem, my 3rd phone call happened after regular business hours and thankfully for us, Dave was the one who responded to the call. Dave very quickly identified the issue. I cannot give enough praise for Dave's expertise, his compassion to our9 plight and his commitment to resolve our issue. I appreciate Betlem's willingness to accommodate our request to only assign Dave to complete the repair. Thank you!

I highly recommend Betlem Residential Heating and Air Conditioning for any heating and cooling issues and repairs. I've used them over the years for various furnace issues and have always been very pleased. I called yesterday because my central air wasn't working and scheduled an appointment for tomorrow. I received a call today, assuming it was a. reminder call, and was absolutly thrilled when I was told they can make it over today. Needless to say, their technician Nate showed up about a half hour later and got me up and running.

We've been customers of Betlem Residential Heating and Cooling in Rochester for several years. The whole team has given us excellent service, consistently, from the person answering the telephone to the technician and onto management. Technician Kyle Prince was here this morning, completing our Annual Spring Maintenance. He called ahead to let me. know when he would arrive.

He was courteous; introduced himself, put a covering over his shoes and wearing a mask (due to the Coronavirus Pandemic). Surprisingly, my dog took right to Kyle. Kyle deserves a 5 score with 5 rating the best service. Betlem updated our previous furnace with the "Elite Lennox Electric furnace" with the "Pureair Air.

Very professional. I called explained what was wrong they had a tech come out the same day and arrived on time. Quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. The price was good considering I had called 2 other places none could come out the same day or they could but wanted to charge a emergency fee around $160. Was very happy with the service and price. I highly recommend them for residential furnace services.

I wouldn't recommend this company, if you encounter this in public places. The driver at the Summit driving through giving faces and rolled his eyes. Whenever you're driving a company truck they should be careful how they portrayed themselves in public. Because now a days you're in unlicensed eye all the time, consider wrong our technology.
