Cold calling people to drum up sales with a message looking to "confirm" an appointment for HVAC cleaning. Not cool guys, not cool.

We had our chimney repaired and new hot water heater installed at the same time. The crew was on time, courteous and did quality work at a reasonable price. As they were buttoning up their job they said that if we were ever interested in a new sidewalk to give them a call. I told them I was interested now and 2 days later I had a new sidewalk and it changed the whole look of the front of our house. Leo came back 2 weeks later and put in a brand new flue in our fireplace and now we are good to go with a working fireplace for the upcoming winter season. Super happy with the company, Leo and the crew. Would certainly recommend them and looking forward to working with them on a maintenance schedule.

Critical: Quality Worker made an error during the job. He repaired the water heater but it needed to be replaced only days later. The owner recognized the error, contacted me afterwards, fixed the water heater, and reimbursed us for the initial repair. Very classy and personable. Service: Repair HVAC

My furnace went out on Thursday and I called to have it serviced. A repairman came out on Friday and provided excellent service. I ended up needing a new furnace. It was installed on Monday. Empire has always provided great service. I recommend them 100%!

I had a "self inflicted" emergency yesterday and Bob came to help me get my furnace working again. He was great and he also contacted Maurice who came to give me an estimate on my hot water heater needs. Both men came the same day and were very respectful and knowledgable. I have used Empire Heating and Cooling for a few years for maintenance and now for an emergency and I highly recommend them! Just got our new furnace installed. We want to thank Bob, Ryan, Kenny, Dillon, Fred and Maurice for their prompt, professional and courteous service and attention to detail removing our old furnace and installing our new one. I've had 3 fantastic, professional experiences with Empire. This winter they installed a new boiler system in our home on an emergency basis and this spring they installed 2 Gree AC/heat systems in same home and just yesterday they completed same AC/heat system install at our summer cottage. Fred drove over an hour to come see and give estimate for cottage job. 5 days later job was completed. Chris and helper Ken did a fantastic job with a difficult area to work around.

They reviewed system in its entirety with me when done. All 3 installs were as good as it can get- no hitches, issues or headaches. A truly professional company to work with and I will continue to use them for all service work and do highly recommend them.

This is the best company to work with. It started by Dan coming to do an inspection for my house closing. He was terrific. Once I moved, Dan came again and brought us apples from his farm. He was so easy to talk with. Through our conversation I learned that empire does most anything. We had our furnace replaced and extensive electrical work done. The following season they came and did a free furnace and air conditioning cleaning.

Another great staff person came. We recently had trouble with the electric. We called Empire. Chris came and spent hours trying to find the problem but we needed a master electrician. Carl, the master at Empire came to the rescue. Another amazing staff person. Within an hour he and his sons were able to locate the problem. Kelly from the office is a delight to talk to.

She even sent me names of people to contact for garage doors. I have had much work done by Empire in the last 3 years. They have yet to disappoint. I feel like part of their family like team. Thank you so much. Don't hesitate to call. They will not disappoint.
