Bryant Air Conditioning & Heating Company began in 1952, as a two-man operation originally named "Custom Air Conditioning". In 1956 founder, Fred R. 'Bob' Sikyta bought out his partner's share of the company along with a local Bryant dealer and changed the name to Bryant Air Conditioning & Heating Company.
At Bryant Lincoln our goal is to take great care of our customers and provide them with the best service experience possible. My new Bryant air con broke after only 1 season of use. Obviously the unit was faulty -- or their installation was faulty. Rather than standby their product, Bryant charged me nearly $700 and made me wait days for repair. Still not repaired. If you're looking for reliability and good customer service, shop elsewhere. Update: Thank you for repairing and for consideration on the price of the labor. It's back up and running.hopefully for the long haul now.

Paul the electrician and Ryan the HVAC tech were very professional and helpful in explaining what they were doing. I am pleased with their work and how they cleaned up after completion of the jobs. I will certainly call Bryant for other projects.

Showed up 45 minutes late with no explanation or apology. Neither person was wearing a mask. Called Chris at 9am, 30 minutes after they were supposed to arrive. Still waiting for a call back at 415pm. The plumber, who repaired 2 corrosion spots and re-routed the washer drain, did fine. Only issue with the work is that the soldering could have been done cleaner, otherwise fine. Edit: I received a bill for over $100 above what was quoted even though the time and materials used matched the quote. Called to ask about it and they lowered the bill by $175 without explanation. Glad they corrected it but why was it billed out so high in the first place?

I can recommend two great technicians that work for Bryant and I would have them do every repair in my house if I could. Tim(the funny one) and Evan. Tim installed a gas valve shut off behind my stove and repaired two small gas leaks in my house. He told jokes and laughed the entire time he was making my home safe and up to code! Evan was by far one of the best plumbers I have ever worked with.

He listened to what I needed, found the best solution, and had all three items on my list completed in a couple hours. I had a leak behind a wall, needed the washer water hookup box replaced, and a t-valve put in under my kitchen sink so that I can get water to my refrigerator. Previous to Evan, I had been told that I would have to reroute piping, move electrical, install new shutoffs, and dig my main water shutoff up at the street which would have cost me well over $2000.

I am glad Evan was able to come in and get everything done and give me back my home so I can finally do laundry again! I can't say thanks enough for the peace of mind that comes with great service and great work! Thank you Chris, Kevin, Tim and Evan for all that you do!

Well not only in 2020 did our family deal with covid-19 like the rest of the world in July of 2020, we dealt with our house A/C going out during the hotest part of the year. Well actually it went out twice. I myself am pretty mechanically inclined so the first time the A/C went out I was able to get a part from Bryant to do my own repair, after receiving the part and the A/C working for 3 weeks the most important part of the machine, the compressor gave out, and I knew it was time to cave and get a new unit, as stated above this was the hottest part of the year and all HVAC companies were quite busy, but Bryant came through and they were able to fit us in in a very timely manner.

During the inspection of everything it was highly suggested to replace my furnace and update the duct work in my household, at the time I was just concerned with the A/C and everything went smoothly and worked great. Now after a few months hot turned into cold, like real cold, -36 degrees cold, low and behold the furnace decides it wants to kick the bucket, not only kick the bucket but was leaking CO2 in the house.(luckily we have a wood burner so we were able to keep the house warm.) Again we called Bryant to the rescue and they were able to tend to our needs to get our house warm again.

During this time again it was highly suggested to have our ducts updated. Bryant informed me the unit would fuction as intended but not to its best efficiency. At the time it was in our best interest to just have the furnace replaced and update the ducts at a later date. Time went by and we made the decision to have the ducts upgraded. Of course we called Bryant and they came out and suggested the best ways to go about upgrading, the plans changed a couple of times, which is expected due to running in an existing house.

Now after completion you can tell the unit is running way more efficient and is much quieter than before. I am extremely happy with everything Bryant has done. I would like to thank and I know I will forget some people but intentionally Shawn, Brian, Chad, Ian, Dwayne, Ryan, Cole, Dave, Kyle, and the rest of the team that worked that worked hard to ensure that I have a comfortable house to walk in to.

Servicemen, zach, bob& Theodore installed my furnace quickly, professionally and cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend them & your company. They all new what they suppose to do. What a difference a quality system makes! We switched from wood / propane to heat pump with propane backup. The guys had to reroute a bunch of ductwork in our 104 year old house. Fast, efficient polite and clean! Couldn't ask for anything more. Services: Heating system installation, AC installation, Duct and vent installation

Purchased a new home where a Bryant A/C was installed. We've been in our home 15 months and the A/C coil needs replacing due to a leak. Due to CoVid the coil manufacturer is backlogged and a coil won't be available until October. A/C stopped working on 17 August 2020. Therefore our only option is to replace the entire unit. Requested reimbursement from Bryant and they refused. We would highly discourage purchasing from this manufacturer or any home that uses products from this manufacturer.

We have a sun-room heating and air unit. We've been a Bryant customer for as long as we've lived at our current address, which is 25 years, but NO MORE! Our unit wasn't working, so we scheduled a service call with them. We were charged a service call, which we expected. The service technician told us that a part was bad. He recommended that we order a new part.

Our unit is 14 years old. My husband asked him about how much a new unit would cost, and he said anywhere from 2,000 to 5,000. So, my husband said he would go ahead and get the new part for 650. The service technician never offered to quote us for a new unit, nor did he tell us there would be fees if we chose not to go ahead with the new part. After the fact, we found out that we could get a new unit for 1,425 INSTALLED through a different vendor. So, of course, my husband cancelled the part.

But wait! There's a "restocking" and "freight" fee! What? Oh yes. We had to pay a "restocking" and "freight" fee of an additional 85.15! So, we are out 159.15 for what? For bad, really bad advice and service! My husband called and talked to supposedly the manager. The manager wouldn't budge. We even offered to pay half the fee. But NO! Nothing! So, I'm forced to use other means to get the word out about this horrible treatment! Find another vendor!

Highly disappointed in the wiliness to do detailed work. I called Bryant to schedule there 32 point Cooling Inspection which included Clean Condenser Coil. The cleaning of the condenser coil does not include combing the 12 hail dents I have. When i called to see why or if they would comb them out, the service manager said it would be additional 40 bucks on top of the $109 i paid to have it serviced.

This really makes me wonder what kind of quality work they do. If they missed combing the coils out or want to charge extra what other work did they miss or want to charge me extra for. I am no expert in cooling systems so not sure if they did a full 32 point inspection. Far as i can tell i got a 31 point inspection or even less. Take your business elsewhere!

I was very pleased with the maintenance service provided today. Richard was prompt, courteous and efficient. He was so good with my Sheltie and allowed him to tag by his side as he worked both inside and out. This is not our first maintenance service visit. We've trusted Bryant for over 25 years.

We are very disappointed with Bryant this weekend. We purchased a new furnace and AC from them 2 years ago in April (2012). Yesterday, Friday, we came home around 4:00 to a hot house. This is one of Lincoln's hottest weekends of the summer. My husband called Bryant and talked with a technician. He was helpful and thought our unit was 'frozen up'.

We turned it off and restarted it in the evening. It ran fine for a few minutes but then the fan slowed down. We were told a repairman would come but, since it's the weekend, the cost would be $135. The repairman came shortly before noon today, Saturday. It turns out that there is a problem with the fan. It needs a new circuit board but he doesn't know when he'll be able to get that part since this is such a new unit. He's hoping he can get it Monday but that isn't a sure thing.very discouraging.

I became involved with Bryant about 17 years ago with our new home. I can say without reservation that they have provided exemplary service over the years. We are now in process of replacing our current system due to its age and will have Bryant do the work again, no hesitations!

Continuation of the problem - now in October. Can't get the filter out, humidifier is dead, and when the unit runs on heat, it sounds like a wind tunnel in the house. Service? I called today and they can't get out until october30 and that was a push to get them to come then. And that is with a service contract on a system installed in July and a new outside unit reinstalled in August. I am not a happy camper with Bryant.
