During a heatwave with temps about 100°, on a Sunday night, our A/C stopped working. National Furance was the only company willing to come out and fix it. The technician was professional and a nice gentleman. It was fixed with 5 minutes. He even changed our thermostat to a new one that we been putting off changing out. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone.

Our outside air conditioner wasn't keeping our house cool enough. And it started about a week ago. I submitted a request earlier this afternoon and they came ASAP and Austin fixed it in an instant for a very reasonable price! They ended up putting about 3 pounds of Freon in our outside compressor and cleaned all the debris out. Thank you Austin for coming to fix our A/C system! Highly recommend!

Time to learn how to do my own repairs. I was just charged nearly $174 for a run capacitor. It's a $25 (max, most are around $10-15) part that took the guy 10 minutes to install. I used to think National was an honest and reputable company but this is simply price gouging. Seems to be the norm in today's society apparently. Unbelievable. Shop around folks, and be sure to get prices before you have parts replaced.

The folks at National Furnace have always been excellent to work with! I have used them for over 10 years to provide routine maintenance for my rental property as well as my personal home. They installed a new furnace in my home after detecting a carbon monoxide leak during a routine service call. Now they have just installed a new A/C unit in my new house. In both installations I have been extremely pleased with their work and would recommend them to others.

New Years morning, 1/1/2022, 3:30am, -15 degree windchill, our furnace was running but not igniting or blowing heat and the temperature in our home had dropped and it was getting very cold. I call National at 3:40am, the lady was very professional and understanding. She had an on call service tech call me. In a short time Nate called me and he was at our home not long after that. Nate diagnosed and explained clearly what was wrong, how to repair and replace the Direct spark igniter box, and the cost.
He called the supply house and got the part ordered. It took a few hours but he called and returned to install the new part. He also figured out what may have caused this and what to keep an eye on to make sure he resolved that issue and to call him if it didn't work. I have been in the trades for 30 years and I am a Superintendent of a service department for a large construction company.
I am Very Pleased with Nates professional work ethic and authenticity which reflects well on the company he works for and would recommend National and Nate to all my friends and family. Thank you Nate and National for warning our home.

Got home from work at 12:30 am, on a very cold night to find it freezing it 54 degrees in the house. He showed up within 30 minutes and had my furnace fixed. Had all the parts with him. Nate at National HVAC went above and beyond installing a new ac and furnace for us. He helped us on short notice and delivered a great product. I highly recommend National Heating and AC. We woke up in the hottest day of the year expecting highs of 106 and our AC was out. We were expecting family the next day and I didn't think in 1 million years we'd get someone out pretty quick considering the time of year. I called right away when the office opens at 7:30 AM they were able to have someone scheduled for 930 AM that same day.
That person called me after finishing a job early and ended up coming at 8:30 AM and by 10:00 AM they had replaced our outdoor fan motor that was shot. Price was very reasonable for service call and replacement. Very happy.

The techs and team at National Furnace are always prompt and professional and do great work. They even wear shoe coverings EVERY time they walk into our home. My one suggestion would be to set up a reminder system for biannual maintenance other than just post cards. People get so much junk mail nowadays (in general, not from National Furnace & Air) that it's easy to confuse a postcard service reminder for a piece of junk mail.
It would be great if they would send an email or make a courtesy call as well. Or, with year round service plans, set the next appointment at the time of service so the customer doesn't have to remember to set their own appointment for something they've already paid for. That's my one small frustration. Otherwise, we've been using your company for years and trust you implicitly to look out for our best interests.
The tech today even made a simple suggestion that will save us money. Your company shows everyday that it cares about its customers and not just about making money. That's rare in 2021. Keep up the great work!

The technician was very quick. Got to my home within a half hour of my call on a weekend and a holiday at that. I was to prepare a big meal using the stove and oven for hours. I would have had to cancel if not for this company and technician. My AC quit working, it was 86 degrees inside my home and outside. He was honest and said it was under warranty, I only had to pay for the service call. He had my AC running with a quickness and I got to enjoy a cool, comfortable holiday with my family. I am so grateful!

These people have been very easy to work with! The put all of the HVAC in my new townhome, and I have had them come out twice a year Summer and Winter, where they clean up everything, and make the system ready for the upcoming changes in the weather. Jennifer the office manager is the best part of the company! She is fantastic! Thanks Mike R
