I have needed their assistance multiple times now and it's been a great experience. They are helpful and friendly and in a situation where I thought I needed a new water heater, they sorted out the problem without having to replace the water heater. When it's time to be replaced, I know who I'm calling. I would recommend to anyone.

I had the pleasure of working with both Jeremy and Tom on a peculiar request I had about increasing gas pressure in our gas line. Tom spent the most time working with me and I found him not only professional and courteous, but also generous with his time, really making an effort to understand the nature of my request. Ultimately, after a service call to take a gas pressure reading, Tom helped me understand I didn't need to make any changes to our line.

While this wasn't a large job, I certainly felt that Tom and Washington Water Heaters are a knowledgeable and customer service-oriented company I'd be happy to work with again.

At the the end of the day, they did install our new hot water heater timely and did a good job. I really liked the mannerism of the plumber who did the install, he was respectful and was good about warning ahead of loud noises (we have a toddler and a small space). The price was hundreds more than our original quote. The worst surprise charge was "difficult access fee." I specified that I lived on a second floor unit when getting a quote, so if they feel the need to charge extra for a second floor service, I understand why, but that should have been in the quote since I gave that information ahead of time.

We had our water heater replaced when we bought our first home. Washington Water Heaters had great customer service and was honest about our best options. The technician was fast, and helped me understand all I needed to know about the heater and some additional tips about the pipes in our home. I was surprised one guy did it all on his own! Great job, and I wouldn't hesitate to reach out again.

After a bad experience with another provider, we switched to Washington Water Heaters for our furnace and water heater maintenance needs. They have done a great job keeping our systems maintained at a very reasonable price. Recently we had them upgrade our systems to include central air. They did a great job and we are looking forward to a nice cool house next summer!

I called on a Friday afternoon when our AC started dripping into a room of our spa two days after the heat wave. It reached 90 degrees inside in hours. A tech came put at 5 p.m. and fixed it and showed us how to maintain our vent filters. They were so nice and our spa was cooled off by the time they left. I will always recommend them! Outstanding service. Gave me the best price after multiple quotes from other vendors, installed great equipment, with excellent installation, and all done when promised!

We found some leaking water underneath our water heater. Called Washington Water Heaters, they sent Dewey same day to check. The water heater was fine. It was the valve on top of water heater that cracked. He immediately set up appointment for us. Within a couple of days, owner Steve came too helped replace that leaking valve and our old main valve that couldn't totally shut off water. Steve even taught me to spray foam to fill the gap preventing mice from crawl space. They charged reasonable price. The appointment scheduling was well-organized. We are very happy with their service!

We called Washington Water Heaters to service our Noritz tankless water heater. The problem turned out to be a little more complicated than was first anticipated. The techs at Washington Water Heaters went the extra mile to research the problem and made several visits to make sure things were right. We couldn't be happier with how they handled our repair. We would recommend them to anyone with a tankless water heater.

Needed to replace an old water heater and sent our 6 request for quotes on Yelp. Tom responded super quick and took time to answer my questions. He was knowledgeable and made getting what I needed super easy. Install took a few hours with covid no contact. Clean install and super professional. Would highly reccomend these guys.

My old water heater was leaking. When the technician came, he found that the guy who installed the AC for our house ran the pipe too close to the water heater. The tank he had would not fit. He made a phone call to check if the suppliers had the tank that could fit the space, went out to get the tank, came back in about 45 minutes, installed the new tank for me, making sure that the release valve is accessible, left the place in a nice looking condition. To me, that's an awesome service.

Great service, best price awesome timing. Tom and Steven came out to handful of jobs. I initially was only going to get my water tank replaced but i got my hvac serviced as well as some plumbing done. They came out very quickly got everything done at once, and gave my some good consultation on what some things i wanted to get done in the future!
