Fox Plumbing & Heating

Our union office had their water main line leaking so I called Fox Plumbing for the repair. They got someone out to the property the next day to survey the site, and give us an estimate. We found the price to be very reasonable, and authorized the work. First they estimated the repairs taking three days so we scheduled the work. On the first day the crew showed up on time, and got right to work.

Even though a piece of their equipment had broke and they called another crew to help they managed to complete the job in two days. I would recommend Fox Plumbing for your plumbing needs. They were very professional, and we are pleased with the work that they did.

I recently realized that two of my pipes to an outdoor spigot were cracked probably from the freeze we had over Christmas. I called Fox Plumbing on Monday and they were able to have someone come out on Tuesday. Problem was fixed quickly and smoothly. I questioned how expensive it was ($1,189) because it was two small pieces of copper that were cracked but they said they needed to replace the entire faucet too.

I don't have anything to compare to what they charged me and I could worry about that for days. But at the end of the day, what I am paying for with Fox Plumbing is more than just their ability to fix the problem. I am paying for a company who answers the phone, calls you back, is there on time, gets the job done, and is professional. This is the second or third time I've called Fox to fix something and they are hands-down reliable, consistent, and professional. I would recommend them with a big gold star!

They responded quickly and the plumber was very professional. The diagnosis was accurate. Our faucet head was broken so we needed additional parts. They initially charged an extra labor fee on top of the $129 service fee but I was able to call the office and negotiate myself out of it as we did not get anything fixed in the first appointment. They were very professional from the beginning to end.

I have had to call on a plumber a few times in my life. It is very stressful. You don't know if the problem is fixable if the technician is skilled enough to do the job or how much it is going to cost. My guest bathroom tub did not want to drain properly. Despite doing all the solutions found on YouTube nothing worked. I had to call in a pro. Adam came on time and prepared.

He explained each step and worked efficiently. Cutting into drywall freaked me out a little but he did a good job cleaned up the mess reattached a shelf. I believe he did everything possible to get the water draining. Unfortunately, the problem is going to require gaining access to a pipe via my downstairs neighbor's ceiling. Yikes. I received a detailed bid, which I shared with my neighbor and my condo board.

They are all impressed with the professionalism of Fox Plumbing. I can't comment on the cost as I have never had a plumbing problem like this to compare it to. I will say you get what you pay for. A polite detail-oriented plumber who explains what's going on and cleans up after himself. I feel confident in scheduling this undertaking with Fox Plumbing.

My only issue was their extremely high price. They charged us $724 for one hour of work spot repairing a pipe leak (non emergency hours). This is among the most expensive plumbing companies I've worked with. However the rep was professional, communicated well, and was efficient with his time. And the company got me on their schedule very quick. But with some my seattle tenants not paying rent since March of 2020 these rates are very hard to sustain. My handyman charges around $100 for this type of spot fix. Hopefully my handyman will be available next time I have a plumbing leak.

Fate came out today and helped us replace our complicated sewage ejection pump - a difficult, dirty job and he did it with a smile! He was kind, explained all the steps along the way, was efficient and wore his mask the entire time (we appreciated that the most). This has been a very stressful experience and Fate made us feel at ease while he was here.

We have used Fox before and have only had great experiences with them; their receptionists are nice and friendly, they come out and give quotes in a timely fashion, and honestly their price can't be beat. We were quoted almost double by another company and Fate did a great job. Thank you, Fox!

I called Fox because I called 2 other companies prior and neither one showed up for their appointments. The lady who I spoke with was calm and scheduled me the very next day short notice. I was worried the plumber wouldn't show up Like the last appointments but she reassured me the pumber would be here. The night before the appointment I received a text confirmation and the morning of my appointment my plumber called me to let me know he was running late but he was professional and called to let me know why, he arrived at the time that he said that he would.

My plumber was Adam, he was very knowledgeable and and he found a leak and immediately knew what needed to be done. He fix the leak in my ceiling and also waited and checked to make sure when the water was running they were still no leaks before he left. I will continue to use Fox for my plumbing services from now on not only are they professional they are affordable and knowledgeable.

December update-- BRAVO to Fox Plumbing! With our cold snap my pipe froze. They were prompt in getting it thawed and insulated. I have new appreciation for running water and indoor plumbing. Many thanks to Alec, Corey, Eric and the whole team-- you're outstanding! Alec was thorough and thoughtful in his work and letting me know what the problems were and how he was working on them. Fox was easy to work with, and extremely professional. I could not be happier to have worked with them on my project. I had three of their team members in my home and they were all very clean, respectful and courteous. Corey came out first to do the site-visit and estimation. He clearly explain to me everything that would or would not be included and offered some very helpful suggestions. Wayne and Krystal came to my house to do the work and they were amazing.

They were always on time, and even called to give me a heads up when they were on their way. They worked hard to complete their job, but we're also diligent about keeping my home clean and safe. I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again the next time I need a plumber.

Recently hired Fox Plumbing to re-pipe my entire house. Time will tell regarding the quality of the work. Regards to Alex and the rest of the fox crew. They were very professional and checked in daily. They were great about explaining what was going on and all the work that they did. Lastly they finished on time and Let us know that we could call them with any questions or concern. Our home is pretty old and will probably need some more work done. I'll definitely be calling Fox Plumbing back.
