Nothing but positive things to say about Alan and the office staff. Our AC stopped working, called Evenflo in the morning, and they were able to come out the same day, diagnose and repair the system for a fair price. Alan was knowledgeable and friendly, as well as honest about what we should do moving forward to keep our system working. Additionally, the staff at the office was very respectful of our wishes (baby naptime) and giving updates on arrival time due to a delay. Everything was great, I can't say enough good things about this company. I look forward to having them as our go to for future maintenance and eventual replacements.

First of all this review is over due because we have the AC and heating installed by Even Flo Heating back in October 2019, but I want to wait until we start using AC in summer to write the reviews. Overall we are very happy to have Even Flo Heating helping us with the installation and so forth. Alan the owner gave us a professional consultation and a very reasonable quote; the quote from Even Flo was much better than the vendor that worked with Costco, mind you. Alan didn't add a lot of bells and whistles; rather, he told us, in a manner that we could understand easily, what we needed and what we didn't.

The installation of both AC & Heat was completed within one day. They came in early and worked until nightfall; they still went over all details with us with patience and professional demeanor. They cleaned up well and checked repeatedly before bidding goodbye. I was so impressed. Fast forward to summer 2020, we realized the fan was too loud when we used AC, as our master bedroom was nearby.

With pandemics in mind, they took every measure carefully during the scheduling and check-up. Alan came to check on AC and adjusted the fan speed because everything worked beautifully and nothing was wrong. We were happy with the solutions. All in all, Even Flo is a solid company that provides professional services, and we will be happy to send the words out to our friends and family.

We started using this company probably over 20 years ago now. Back when it was a one man show and he was driving a 2 wheel drive van. He came to our house to repair a broken furnace, spent 3 hours and just got it running for us. He didn't want to charge us because the furnace wasn't truly fixed, just running. We couldn't agree to not pay him and settled on $100 for his time and effort.

This was during a huge snow storm Not another company would come out to help us. Alan came after finishing up his other clients and did this for us. You will not find a finer company with better morals or ethics in Snohomish county. Since that night they have installed both a furnace and an AC unit. They do the yearly service on both. Give them a call. I know you will not regret using them.

Alan and another tech came in to help set up an AC installation at my home. They gave an extremely reasonable quote and had good availability. They recommended an AC and were able to get it up and running within the promised timeframe (2 days, one for install one for electrician approval + wrap up). They were agreeable to work with - were able to move boxes around the garage without add ridiculous bonus charges, no extra fees for install work (was all included in quote), trying to upsell me a furnace, or other things that other AC places that gave me quotes threw in. It's been about 2 months since installation and have had no issues with the install.

Only thing I recommend is to purchase your own ac/thermostat control panel. They have one that's priced well enough if the one you have at home won't work but it's not as configurable as I would like - I see myself adjusting it multiple times a day to get it to do what I want. Their service however is top notch and the ac system itself is great!

Alan gave me a great price, the best out of my three bids for a Trane S9V2. His technicians installation was efficient showed high quality of workmanship, and they left the area spotless. I couldn't be happier with the new furnace and with Even Flo. I highly recommend this company, a great group of people!

We had a great experience with Even Flo with our furnace installation. Alan explained our options very well and gave us a plan to make future upgrades. The work was excellent and done quickly. Looking forward to working with Even Flo again in the future!

We had an issue with our gas fireplace and called Even Flo Heating and air to come out and take a look. They were able to get us in same day! Jared our tech even called and was able to fit us in early. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He did a diagnostic test and was able to figure out exactly what was wrong. He didn't have the part he needed but he had a coworker drop off the part so they could get us taken care of same day! Jared even cleaned up and painted the fireplace so it looked new!

He was able to get everything done and it looks great! We were extremely impressed with this company and if we ever need any work done will be calling these guys again! Thank you Jared and Even Flo for your great work and dedication to top notch customer service!

Even Flo came on a Friday to ascertain our needs. We had a housebound person in the home who was in need of relief. The prices were reasonable and then they agreed to install the following Tuesday. They were complete in one day - the permit inspections went without a hitch and the system worked as advertised --- actually better. Alan came out to balance the two floors. I would highly recommend Even Flo.

I called Even Flo after talking with at least a dozen HVAC contractors about an issue I was having with my HE propane furnace. Angela was polite and extremely helpful on the phone. She researched and found exactly what I was looking for after our conversation. Alan called later in the evening to explain everything about the parts, the installation I would need and answered any questions I had.

Out of all the HVAC contractors I spoke with, and there were plenty, these guys were the only people to take the time and help me out. I would never hesitate to use them in my home. Thank you guys.

The tech did identify the problem correctly, but represented the price of the part as over $600.00. I don't mind paying a fair price for service but this guy told me the price was for the gas valve. Yet the invoice, when I looked at it later, listed $685.00 as "FLAT RATE REPAIR"! I checked for the part number on Amazon and they had the exact same unit for 249.99. This is a difference of 435 or 174% markup! How is this fair?

Just had a whole house AC installed by Even Flo. They are great to work with. Very punctual in all appointments, and the technicians were very good to work with. Price is reasonable, and appointments were quick. Within two weeks after I first called, we got the AC up and cooling! All inspections and works were taken care of. Highly recommended!

Fantastic service and install. Would highly recommend. We decided to add an AC Unit, and opted to install a new furnace as well. Alan was extremely helpful and patient, answering a barrage of questions, and assisted us in making the best choice for performance of A/C unit and furnace pair at our budget. Not only does Even Flo provide the best performing brands (Trane/American Standard), but the price quote of material and labor was well under the competition.

It's not always safe to go with the lowest quote, but it absolutely made sense in this case. Alan's crew did a fantastic install, and was in and out in one day. They've absolutely got my business for all heating and AC for the foreseeable future.

Excellent service from beginning to finished work! they happened to have an opening for service for our fireplace that same afternoon. Jared was on time (even early) and did a great job with our gas fireplace which had not been serviced for quite some time and we were having pilot light issues. he got that working in no time and cleaned, swept and serviced the gas insert and even repainted the insert for us as part of the service call - his work was quick but careful and he went over and above our expectations. We'll have them back every other year for service for the fireplace and other areas of our home! highly recommend this company.

Fast and friendly service! They have done several jobs for us and even came out free of charge once to fix a squeaky fan on our gas fireplace.

Called Even Flo for inspection/cleaning and tuneup of furnace during mid year 2015. Our heating went out mid -December and they came and fixed it for extra charges (around 150$). Our heating went out again in next couple of days and Even-Flo told us they were not available till FIRST WEEK OF JANUARY. We called another company whose technician came and cleaned the pressure pipe in front of our eye in record 4 minutes time which turned on the heat in the house.

The tube was pitch black and the technician mentioned that the tube has not been cleaned for quite sometime and the amount of debris present won't accumulate in matter of days or few months. Looks like Even Flo doesn't bother to check the pressure tubes or clean them during the tuneup process. Googling the furnace tuneup procedure clearly states that pressure tubes need to be cleaned during the inspection. They have lost our business and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Found EvenFlo via the American Standard website. Called in early November to schedule a seasonal inspection/cleaning/tune up for my 3 year old furnace. Left a message and received a call back shortly thereafter. Was able to get an appointment the next day which was quicker than expected. Jared arrived about 30 minutes late but that wasn't an inconvenience to me. He was polite, did his work in about an hour, and explained his findings. Overall, it was a good experience.

Called on Saturday midday. Man that answered phone seemed annoyed with my call for a quote but gave me one anyways. Didn't want to elaborate on questions he asked when I asked for clarification and was pushing me to move forward or get off the phone. Won't do business here ever. The person that answers the phone is the face of the company and this one was ugly.

Angela's response to my review is not accurate. I was never told any of the things she stated as reasons for cancelling the appointment. She also makes it sound as if I expected the tech who came out to check the unit to also do the repairs, which I did not. As I said in my original review, the tech himself told me they didn't have time to do the job.

I thought that sounded strange, and called the office. They scheduled me for the repair, no problem. THEY KNEW IT WOULD BE A WARRANTY REPAIR FROM THE VERY START. Then a few days later they cancelled my appt with no explanation. All of the rationalizations Angela offered for cancelling ring hollow. Why couldn't the guy who I spoke to on the phone tell me those things? Instead he just hemmed and hawed. I call BS.

After you read this, you'll hit the call button guaranteed. As a plumbing contractor (that doesn't do HVAC) I knew there where many choices, but the best one was Evenflo. There guys where in and out in one day, left my garage cleaner than it was when I left, and my home was wonderfully cool when I got home.

Even Flo continues to be a top notch company. Had them install an inline duct fan for townhouse HVAC and also service the heating system. On time, efficient workers, and good prices = 5 stars.

Summers in the Puget Sound region are generally mild and bareable. This summer however was not, time to call Even Flo Heating and Air Conditioning. Alan and Angela are great to work with. We found them personally to be very pleasant and their work to be of excellent quality. We appreciate their quick trun-around a solution driven installation Most importantly we are now enjoying our home despite 80+ degree tempurtures!

Even Flo Heating installed a new American Standard furnace and AccuClean electronic air cleaner for us and they do superb work! Alan, the owner, worked with us on what furnace would best meet our needs and scheduling was very easy. The two men that installed it were friendly, conscientious about entering our home to access the attic and wearing booties (I really appreciate that), cleaned up every area that they worked in, gave me a very detailed process of how the furnace functions and how to clean the electronic air cleaner and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend them!

My wife and I just had our furnace, air conditioner, and water heater replaced by Even Flo Heating and Air Conditioning. Words like "Awesome" get so over-used these days. But seriously I can't think of a better word to describe the experience. Every step, from the initial sit-down to discuss options, the installation, through to the final inspection was. well, Awesome!

The day after I called, Alan was at our house discussing different options that would meet our needs, all of which fit within our budget. He took all the time needed to answer our questions and address our concerns. Once we decided to go ahead with Even Flo, Jared came and performed the actual installation. He was every bit as conscientious as Alan making sure we understood what was going on during every step of the installation.

Hard working, patient, polite, and most importantly, very competent. All in all, a very positive experience for a remarkably reasonable price. My wife and I couldn't be happier, and recommend Even Flo without hesitation.

They figured out what was wrong with my fireplace in about five minutes. Then they quickly replaced the part and got it back up and running. Good, knowledgeable service at a fair price.
