They are simply the best. It's hard to know who to trust and it's like a game of Russian roulette, but not with these guys! They are honest and kind! Even though I clearly do not know anything about HVAC systems, I was spoken to respectfully. They don't try to sell you things you don't need. Just honest people making a difference, it might sound corny- but ask my kids and pets if they feel like Josh made a difference in the quality of their life. Trust me y'all want to call this company to work on your system

Good folks, good service, no tricks. I needed a company I could trust. It turned out that Josh is a friend of a friend of mine, and recommended Comfort Solutions. They are responsive, show up promptly, wear masks, and are courteous on the phone and in person. I call them twice a year to come maintain my HVAC, and if I have any problems. I had a problem with the heater on Thanksgiving, so I sent email, asking if they could come after the holiday was over. Kyle was here, early the next morning! It was a difficult problem to diagnose, because it was a weird thermostat thing, but Kyle got it solved. He also counseled me on how to handle it myself if it happens again.

Was charged $245 to replace a capacitor yesterday. It took all of 10 minutes. I spotted the exact same part on Amazon for $14. I understand it's August and these companies want to make hay while the sun shines, but this is ridiculous. I emailed Josh asking for a courtesy discount, and all I received in response was the word "no". So yes, I feel ripped off, and I'm definitely using someone else next time!

CSS was able to squeeze me in for same-day service. Josh arrived promptly and was knowledgeable and professional. He knew exactly what was wrong and had the parts to fix it in his truck. My HVAC was fixed within 2 hours of my initial call!

Miracles do happen! I had a broken ac in the middle of this heat wave and could NOT get any assistance. Josh literally pulled up next to me at a gas station. He heard I was a mom and told me while yes he was booked he would find the time to come out. He was out the same night! He came in, assessed the situation, made a few recommendations and handled whatever it was that was plaguing my wayward ac.

As a woman, it can be hard to find a repair man you know is ethical and will not take advantage of you or your lack of knowledge about HVAC. Ladies this is it! Call him because the problem WILL be handled promptly & professionally. Highly recommend!

My ac was acting up i could not get any one out for days i called comfort solutions for help the customer service was great very helpful i told them the situation and they scheduled someone out that day within an hour they had the unit cooling again and answered all my questions.they were very kind and helpful i would recomend them to all of my friend that need ac repairs.i won't call any one else for my ac issues. I wish i could leave a zero star review for the experience I've had with Comfort Solutions Service and the owner Josh. I was referred to Comfort Solutions Service by a neighbor. I called to report that my A/C unit compressor was frozen behind a block of ice and was not blowing cold air. I spoke to Josh, the owner. He sent a tech out to my house the same day, within two hours.

The tech came into my yard, leaned over the A/C unit, took a very quick look inside the grate, saw the ice block and said, "There is nothing I can do until the compressor thaws". At that point I thought it was strange that Josh sent his tech so immediately, when I told him on the phone the compressor is frozen behind ice. The tech was polite and as he left he said he would have the office call me to reschedule the service call.

No one ever called. A few weeks later, I received a bill in the mail for a $75 service call. I called Josh and explained the situation just as I wrote above. His voice rose up aggressively and he yelled, "Do whatever you think you should do!" I replied, "I don't believe I should have to pay for this". Josh hung up the phone. Today, about a month later, I received another copy of the invoice.

I called the office number and spoke to a very polite woman on the phone. I explained I received another invoice, and filled her in on the entire story above. The rep replied that she would talk to the owner and get back to me. A minute later Josh called me. He was immediately yelling in the phone. He said, "I thought I told you to do whatever you think you should do!" He continued yelling in the phone while I was trying to calmly explain that I called because I received another invoice in the mail.

He was yelling over me, going on about how busy he is. and didn't have time for this. I don't think he could hear me say, "I'm calling because I received another bill in the mail" Then, again, Josh hung up the phone. So, I'm still not sure this is resolved and I'm literally scared to call and ask.

Josh is great! He is honest, fair, and knowledgeable. He is my go-to for all of our A/C and Heating needs. I have referred him to friends and clients and all have given him glowing reviews.

We were referred to Comfort Solutions Service through our old AC guy. They came out and pointed to a loose wire connected to the compressor saying the compressor was running too hot for the wire to maintain a connection and the unit was too old, recommending a new unit. We agreed with their initial recommendation, but here's where I take issue with the service.

My family had already gone two nights with no AC and I asked the mechanic to just hook the wire back up so we could have a comfortable night until they installed the AC the next day. The mechanic said no, because the wire would just fall off again. He left and sent an estimate for a new HVAC that night. My neighbor came over and tightened the wire to the compressor after CSS left and everything worked just fine.

We called another AC repairman for a second opinion and were told that we would need a new system soon, but there's no harm in waiting. What we have works fine for now. I called CSS wanting to hear their justification for leaving my family in a sweltering house for another night and they expressed concern about carbon monoxide poisoning. The problem with that is that carbon monoxide poisoning is only a risk with furnaces, not AC.

So, here's how my scheduled A/C check went today. Scheduled for between 2 and 4PM. By 4:30, no one has either called or showed up. I called your number and a guy answers. Here's how the conversation went: "Hello, Comfort Solutions" "Yeah, we were due for an A/C check today between 2 and 4. It's 4:30, and we haven't heard from anyone." "Yeah, I'm running late.

We can still do it if you're gonna be around." (NOTE: NO apology; no mention of the words I'm sorry). "Well, If you're not gonna at least pay me the courtesy of calling, maybe I don't wanna do business with you at all." (STILL waiting for an apology, which STILL never came). At which point he says: "Well, that would be up to you!" At which point I hung up. I guess he thinks he's the only A/C guy in town. Sorry Comfort Solutions, you had one shot at my business and you blew it!

When we replaced our A/C a few years ago, a friend recommended CSS to us. Fast forward to today, when one of our units wasn't cooling properly. I called Josh at 11:30a and by 2:00p, the A/C was back in business. While he was here he did a full system check and replaced a bad capacitor (which was under warranty). Really appreciate the prompt and polite service!

Last Sunday afternoon our AC stopped working. It was 100 degrees outside - we called Josh at Comfort Solutions Service and he came right over - in the middle of his day off! He was polite and knowledgeable and was able to get our AC up and going. The best part - he didn't charge us more for it being a Sunday! Great guy!

I called Josh White (Comfort Solutions Service, 563-4444) and 2 of his guys showed up around 11am. They were knowledgeable and kind. They didn't have the part on their truck and Josh came by around 1pm and replaced the part. It cost way less than the service call diagnosis that many other ac companies charge. And I just referred him to another friend of mine. Now I have an awesome AC guy!
